Description of Work: This company was very prompt each time that they scheduled a time to come out. They were prompt to arrive for the price quote and notified us as to what they could do for us. The product was ordered as promised. When the glass replacement arrived, we were contacted for a time to come out and install. The technician contacted us prior to arrival to be sure we were available as promised. The two technicians arrived and installed the replacement glass in a verytimely manner. We will definately use them again if needed.

+ -1 moreI FIRST MEASURED THE GLASS NEEDED AND WENT TO THEIR STORE PICKED OUT MY GLASS, HAD IT CUT AND TOOK IT HOME. WHEN I TRIED TO PUT THE GLASS IN I THEN FOUND OUT THAT THE TABLE WAS NOT SQUARE. I CALLED THEM AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND THEY HAD ME BRING THE TABLE INTO THEM. THEY NOT ONLY RECUT GLASS TO CUSTOM FIT, BUT THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANY EXTRA. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED THE OPENING OF THE SHOWER/TUB. THEY SHOWED ME SAMPLE GLASS AND GAVE ME SUGGESTIONS ON THE DESIGN. THEY ALSO HAD A BOOK OF PRE-FORMED SHOWER/TUB ENCLOSURES. THERE WERE SO MANY CHOICES THAT IT WAS HARD TO CHOOSE.
