car sales
 + -1 moreVERRY DISSATISFIED, I feel that a company that re-sells vechicles should at least check them out before they price them for re-sell. And then price them accordingly. And when they tell a customer that they will make ever thing right. they stick to their word.
Description of Work: Purchaced a 1995 Checy Blazer on 8/20/2012. Had issues before leaving car lot. Owner stated they would make everything right. for us. Right away the break lights didnt work and the tail lights didnt work. And the Drivers door had issues. We were told to bring back next day and they would fix the issues. Which we did, that day we drove 25 miles to take daughters truck back and the car over heated. Called the car lot, and they said they would do a pressure test on the vechicle. took car in and they eventualy replaced the heater core which we paid for and they replaced at their expence of the labor. The vechicle still over heated. Called them back explained the issue. No responce. Took vechicle to a auto specialist. Jabobsen Cheveron. they put on computer and estimated Radiator & E.G.V.. valve needed replaced. for $ 739.22. When went to make payment on vechicle they asked for estimate we gave to them, they stated they would replace Radiator & E.G.V. Value with used replacement. We agreed to Radiator although wanted new E.G.V to be new so we told them we would replace ourselves. As of date they have not replaced Radiator. When we took vechicle in to have heater core replaced they took the facing off the interior of vechicle and did not replace correctly. They also broke the button for the dome light which they stated they would replace and never have done so. They just seem to cause more problems with the vechicle. When we got ther vechicle back the drivers window didnt work. and would not open up from the inside. call the car lot. coudnt get to it that day. so took it to MAX Auto Body and they got it working for me and I paid for it. We were promissed by the owner the day we purchased the vechicle they would make everything right. So I went to them today to see what we could work out. All he had to say is that they lost $800.00 in labor to replace the heater core and that they were not going to do anything else. I asked if we could trade for a better vechicle that was dependable for us. He stated not while under contract with another car. Which we He would give us a trade in value. when asked what that was, he stated what anyone else would give us. I asked him how much? He would not answer. We never signed the contact for the car. And we were told that they purchase vechicle from Auctions and re-sell them, which I dont feel they even check out befoie they sell them.,

 + -1 moreDID REALLY NICE WORK ESPECIALLY ON THE REAR WINDOW WHICH HAD A REAR DEFROST. ALL THE EDGES WERE CLEAN AND HAVE NOT SEEN ANY AIR BUBBLES OR PEELS ON WINDOWS.
Description of Work: HAD MY WINDOWS TINTED ON MY GEO PRISM. ALL FOUR PASSENGER WINDOWS AND REAR WINDOW AS WELL.

 + -1 moreWE TOOK OUR YUKON THERE AFTER WE BOUGHT IT TO HAVE A COUPLE OF WINDOWS TINTED. THEY DID AN OK JOB. IT TOOK LONGER THAN PLANNED, BUT THE OWNER'S ALL WORK ATTITUDE AND THE PRICE MADE THEM A COMPANY THAT I WOULD USE AGAIN.

I WAS CLOSER TO 6 HOURS. THE WORK WAS DONE WELL. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE FOR THE WORK DONE AND THE BEST GUARANTEE.
