This was our first experience with a remodel. We couldn?t have asked for a better contractor and crew. Rhett was there for us every step of the way. His crew was not only very professional, but very considerate of our family and home. They showed up on time in the morning, took precautions to keep our home clean, and cleaned up every night. The work that was done far exceeded my expectations. Now we have two spa like bathrooms that our family loves and enjoys. I would recommend to anyone who is interested in having any remodel work or tile work both inside and outside your home done to use R.R. Custom Exteriors. Inc.

Our kitchen remodel started out with us discovering that many remodeling companies do not return calls, don't show up, don't follow up with quotes, don't want smaller jobs, etc. Then we found RR Custom Exteriors here on Home Advisor. Rhett got right back to us, setup an appointment and showed up on time. We explained our hopes for a new kitchen along with our budget. Everything from that point on went as smoothly as possible. Rhett and all of their workers always showed up on time, showed great care in their work and always took care of anything out of the ordinary. We had the choice of purchasing some things ourselves or letting Rhett go shopping for us. The work was finished well ahead of schedule without a hitch. And the few glitches that showed up after have always been dealt with quickly and professionally. The next time we need any additional work done around the house we will be calling RR Custom Exteriors!!

A very professional company. Rob was brilliant. He spent enough time before and during the project to make sure I felt I'd been understood, but did not waste my time. Before the work started, Rob gave us an outline of when he expected different jobs to be undertaken, and updated us when any changes had to be made. He started work when he said he would, and got the job finished by the time I'd stated I'd like it to be finished (i.e. Christmas), even working one weekend in order to make sure it happened. His pricing was right around that of the other two contractors that I spoke to. Some of his estimates turned out a bit high, some a bit low, but we ended up in budget which I was very happy about. We loved his guy, Ramon, who seemed genuinely interested in making sure we ended up with what we wanted, and had some great suggestions to offer. The electrician stressed me out, but I know Rob is starting to use a different contractor for that, so that's no longer an issue. And now that the project is pretty much complete, we really like the master suite remodel that Rob did for us, especially the bathroom, and will definitely be asking him back to quote for our next home improvement project.

When I started considering a second story addition I made phone calls to several local contractors. Rob is the only one that actually set an appointment to meet me at the house to go over my ideas. Several others called me back but never made appointments and one other made an appointment and never showed. Rob was very courteous and respected my busy schedule and time as much as his own. If he was going to be late he would call to make sure that would still work and if not reschedule even for on weekends if necessary. His willingness to let me, the homeowner also work on the project on the parts I wanted to was fantastic. I could not have done this project alone, but also could not have afforded to pay contractors for everything. He was quick to respond any time I had a question, including with items that were not his part of the project but was still more than willing to come out to the site and provide advice and ensure we were on the right path. I would hire RR Customs again in a heartbeat.

Rhett and his crew made every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and are good people to work with. They appreciated our input as the job progressed and kept us updated as to what to expect next and when. We tried to be very specific when detailing the job scope and then agreed to the estimated price; which did not change one penny. We knew what we wanted from the start and that is what we got. Thanks to Rhett, Marty, James and Mark we are very happy with the job!

We contacted several contractors when we began thinking about a guesthouse. Rob (RR CUSTOM) was the first to call us and set up a kitchen table chat about our plan for a guesthouse. His suggestions were great and we felt comfortable with him. He met his quotes and kept great records on every step. He dealt with the county for us over a new rain-garden law. I know this took much patience. We LOVE the guest house and are very happy with RR. Kudos to Ramone for always doing a great job on many parts of the project!!

We hired R.R. Custom to do a full interior remodel of our master bathroom. We had the carpeted floors replaced with tile, removed the shower enclosure and replaced with tile from floor to ceiling, replaced the jetted tub and decking, replaced counter tops, toilet, sinks and fixtures, etc. From the initial contact, Rhett was very attentive, professional and courteous. Throughout the project he kept us informed timely. He was very helpful when we were trying to determine how much remodeling we could get done within our budget. We were set on getting new cabinetry, but Rhett suggested that we re-stain the existing cabinets instead of replacing to save cost. They look fabulous! We love everything about our new bathroom! The entire crew was prompt, courteous, professional, clean and on time every day! We have pets and they were very careful not to leave doors open and were so friendly. We will be remodeling our kitchen next year and R.R. Custom will be doing the job for us. Would highly recommend!

Very good follow up.

We hired Rob/RR Custom once before and had a great experience so they were the obvious choice for our full house remodel. This was a large project on a home we purchased that needed a full remodel before we moved in that included new plumbing, electrical, windows, HVAC, roof truss system, footprint expansion, covered deck, new floor plan and all the finishes including sand in place hardwood floors, tile, quartz, new trim/doors, paint etc. Although all contractors are busy right now, Rob did an excellent job keeping all the subs on target and foreseeing challenges before they became issues. This was a daunting project for us and we are thrilled with the results. Rob's communication is better than any contractor we have ever used. He answers his phone or returns calls promptly. He is one of the very few contractors that does what he says he is going to do in the time frame that he quoted. You won't be disappointed!

What a great find online. We contacted numerous contractors on the web and Rhett and his crew with R.R Custom Exteriors was easily the most bang for your buck from day 1. Same day reply to our initial inquiry and none of the "talk to our designers first for $800 before we can give you a quote". Rhett talked to us and took the design we had in our heads and made it even better than we imagined. We now have a a beautiful, open main floor and kitchen as well as a gorgeous covered deck off the kitchen. We have the entertainment space of dreams. Everyone that was brought in to work from cabinets to plumbing was incredible and great at what they did. The end result is a dream kitchen that could easily be in home magazines all done on budget and done early! Rhett and his crew have our business for life!

R.R.Custom was very professional, friendly and conscientious. They always cleaned up the work area every day and were here when expected. The deck project came in as bid.

I need not look any further for any and all renovations I plan on doing. Rob and his crew made my dreams come true with my awesomely beautiful kitchen and dining room (plus wood stove) made it pop. The ambience is everything I wanted for a fine dining experience. Thanks Rob!! Look elsewhere. Working with Rhett was a miserable experience. If on time, on budget and quality is your goal, this is not your contractor unless you spend considerable time and effort intervening. I can only blame myself for hiring him, signs were there from the first meeting: he had all photos random on his iPad, no folders showing any form of organization by job, room etc. no spread sheets of cost, charges during the entire project. Many staff left because of his personality, slowing progress and leaving the job unattended for many days. Taking a completion date from July to Halloween. He lacked any detailed plans for subcontractors, creating more delays and confused workers. Fortunately, we had family living there to direct staff who often had many questions and were afraid to ask the general for answers. He failed to let us know the deck was over budget by almost 5k, until foreman told us before he quit. He would frequently voice text with erroneous information. I could go on and on with specifics but it's reliving many bad memories. Just go elsewhere. I wish I would have had a review like this before we started.

Rhett and his Team are terrific! They were reliable and quick to respond for quotes and all communications during the project and completed the job sooner than expected. All of the the employees are very professional and friendly.

We couldn't have been more pleased. We received immediate response to our request for a quote and completion of the job followed almost immediately. The quality of their work was great and they left the site completely clean. They were respectful of our home, using covers for their shoes and draping the areas that surrounded the work area. We will contact them any time we have a project they cover and will definitely refer our friends to this company.
