+ -1 moreTHEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A REMODEL AND THE STORE IS A MESS, BUT THEY WERE STILL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY HELPED ME RIGHT AWAY WHEN I ENTERED THE STORE.
Description of Work: I HAD THEM RE BOOT MY SYSTEM AND HARD DRIVE. THEY RECOMMENDED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.

+ -1 moreOVERALL APPEARANCE OF THE STORE WAS KIND OF CLUTTERED. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY GREETED ME UPON ENTERING AND HELPED ME RIGHT AWAY.
Description of Work: I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS BOOTING MY SYSTEM, SO I TOOK IT TO RADIO SHACK AND THEY FORMATTED MY HARD DRIVE.
