+ -1 moreInitially, I was contacted right away... tried to set up for a meeting on Oct 24 for Nov 3.... heard nothing. Called- no answer. Texted as suggested in the message on the phone- was told that no notification had come over from Angie’s List that there was a message waiting... understandable. Now 24 hrs later still haven’t received an answer on being able to meet me. I’m assuming that my business is not needed ..... must be nice!

+ -1 moreMy favorite, most peaceful, day is the day that our NeaterMaid comes to help us out and the house feels wonderful! We have 4 kids (10 months to 10 years old), a kitchen renovation, jobs, extracurricular activities, etc. This service has made our lives a whole lot easier! Our first clean was a deep clean to get the house up to par, then every other week our NeaterMaid returns to do upkeep. We usually have the same girl, very sweet, quiet, and very detailed- sometimes she has a partner. Very happy with the service, professionalism, and price- all around A+.

+ -1 moreOne of the dressers in the main bedroom was missed during the dusting. House was decorated for Christmas and one of the figurines was knocked over and broken. We were able to glue it together again, but we do advise caution as some have a great deal of value.

+ -1 moreIt didn't turn out so well. I meant to contact the owner but I just didn't do it. I wasn't home but my husband was and I assume that they showed up on time. They cleaned what I had outlined but they only stayed an hour-and-a-half and they didn't seem to have the initiative to find other things to do.
Description of Work: It was a "Big Deal" purchase for four hours of housecleaning.

+ -1 moreToo expensive. They sent 2 girls - they work 2 hrs. They charge too much - they charged $31 per hour for each girl (one of their competitors charges $14). I can't afford them.
