+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY WITH THE WORK. THEY ASKED FOR SPECIFICS WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF, BEFORE TAKING IT APART TO EXAMINE IT. THEY SAVED US FROM HAVING TO BUY A WHOLE NEW EXPENSIVE SYSTEM.
Description of Work: TOOK OUR PERSONAL HOME COMPUTER IN TO HAVE THE HARD-DRIVE REPLACED, AFTER IT CRASHED AND INSTALL A NEW MEMORY CARD.

+ -1 moreHE LOOKED AT MY COMPUTER AND CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO TELL ME THAT IT HAD A VIRUS ON IT AND THE BEST THING TO DO WAS TO WIPE OUT THE COMPUTER AND RELOAD IT. SO WE LET HIM DO THAT.
Description of Work: OUR COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING AND VERY SLOW SO I TOOK IT INTO LOOKOUT ELECTRONICS.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE GONE TO HIM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST YEARS. THIS TIME HE WAS VERY BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AND I COULD HAVE LEFT MY LAPTOP WITH HIM TO BE WORKED ON LATER, BUT HE KNEW HE DID NOT HAVE THE LIGHT TUBE THAT WAS NEEDED. HE LET ME SIT DOWN AT A TABLE AND INSTRUCTED ME AND GUIDED ME HOW TO TAKE THE SCREEN APART AND FIND THE BROKEN TUBE AND GET THE NUMBER NEEDED SO I COULD GO ONLINE AND FIND ONE. VERY FUN! HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PATIENT. THE OFFICE ITSELF IS CLUTTERED, CROWDED AND SORT OF SHABBY, BUT THE WORK HE DOES IS EXCELLENT, JUDGING BY THE LINE OF CUSTOMERS & SHELVES OF REPAIRS HE HAD...I WANTED TO PAY HIM FOR THE TIME HE SPENT HELPING ME IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS BUSY SITUATION,BUT HE WOULD NOT HAVE CHARGED ME HIMSELF.
Description of Work: I BROUGHT IT IN BECAUSE I DROPPED MY LAPTOP AND THE SCREEN WOULD NOT LIGHT UP ANYMORE.

+ -1 moreALL RIGHT. I DID NOT THINK THEY WERE ALL THAT DEPENDABLE, AND DID NOT DO A WHOLE LOT OF GOOD. I STILL HAVE A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER RUNNING SLOW. IT DOES NOT FREEZE UP ON ME AS MUCH AND IF IT DOES I JUST SHUT IT OFF.
Description of Work: COMPUTER REPAIR AND SERVICE. I TOOK MY COMPUTER IN BECAUSE IT WAS RUNNING VERY SLOW, AND IT KEPT FREEZING UP ON ME. THEY ATTEMPTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT THE DARN THING IS STILL SLOWER THAN HECK.
