Description of Work: This was so many years ago (2006) that I can't give a detailed rating at this time. They rekeyed my house when I bought it - to the best of my recollection, they did a very good job and I had no complaints at all. Might be better than a B rating and certainly no worse.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT SOME LOCKS COULD BE REKEYED. THIS COMPANY COULD HAVE NOT TOLD US THIS AND SOLD US BRAND NEW LOCKS AT A MUCH HIGHER PRICE THAN REKEYING COST US. THEY WERE ALSO UPFRONT ABOUT US BRINGING THE LOCKS IN AND THAT WOULD SAVE US A SERVICE CALL. THEY WERE FAST AND FRIENDLY. THEY ALSO DIDN'T CHARGE US TO REPLACE SOME LITTLE PINS THAT MY HUSBAND OR I LOST WHILE TRYING TO GET THE LOCKS OFF THE DOORS OURSELVES.
Description of Work: AFTER WE BOUGHT OUR NEW HOUSE, THE PAST OWNER WOULD ONLY GIVE US ONE KEY TO THE HOUSE. SO AFTER SOME CALLS TO LOCKSMITHS, THIS COMPANY SAID THEY COULD RECODE ALL OF OUR HOUSE LOCKS AND MAKE US NEW KEYS. IT WAS CHEAPER TO TAKE THE LOCKS OFF OURSELVES AND RUN THE LOCKS TO THEM. WE DID ALL THAT WE COULD TO KEEP THINGS STRAIT AND IN ORDER. WHILE REKEYING THE LOCKS SOME OF THESE REAL TINY PINS WERE LOST. THEY REKEYED ALL OF OUR LOCKS, MADE NEW KEYS FOR US AND REPLACED THE LOST TINY PINS AT NO CHARGE.
