 + -1 moreWe had a small vinyl floor installation that we needed done quick since we have a need to rent the place. John was available immediately, did a superb job with many extras such as putting a caulking bead above the baseboard to give it a more finished look. He was quick and we would hire him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Small kitchen vinyl installation. We had already prepared the underlayment. Without any additional costs he fixed our underlayment job, put many extra nails to make it sturdier, perfectly and quickly cut the vinyl, explained everything he was doing as he went along (a big plus for a do-it-yourself person). He then put up the base in a way that it would hold extra firmly despite rolled-base's tendency to pull away from the wall. Everything came out perfect.
