 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY HAD MY COMPUTER FOR ABOUT TWO DAYS TO GET SOME VIRUSES OFF OF IT. IT WOULD NOT STAY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET BECAUSE OF THE VIRUSES. THEY FIXED THAT.

 + -1 moreGAVE MY COMPUTER A ONCE OVER. FOUND THE PROBLEM, THERE WERE NO DRIVERS INSTALLED FOR THE MODEM AND INSTALLED THE DRIVERS. MADE ME A BACKUP DISK JUST IN CASE I EVER NEEDED TO INSTALL THE DRIVERS AGAIN.
Description of Work: I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY MODEM NOT WORKING AND THE COMPUTER WAS NOT SEEING A MODEM INSTALLED.

 + -1 moreI REALLY ENJOYED THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND WISDOM, WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNEW SO MUCH. THEY SAVED MY COMPUTER ABOUT THREE TIMES OR SO FROM VIRUS THAT MADE IT INTO MY HARD DRIVE. THE BUSINESS HAS RECENTLY MOVED TO CATHALAMET AND LUCKILY I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED AND PROBLEMS, BUT IF I DO, I WILL LOOK THEM UP. THEY WERE GREAT.
Description of Work: I HAVE TAKEN MY COMPUTER TO SEAN ON MANY OCCASIONS. THE LAST TIME MY HARD DRIVE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THEY DEFRAGED MY COMPUTER AND DESTROYED THE VIRUS THAT GOT INTO COMPUTER.
