I called and told his receptionist or wife that I needed my family room, hall, stairs, and sofa cushions done. I was told the price would be around $150. I had to go to work on the day he came. My husband was home. I was told my the receptionist the appointment was at 9:30. He called before I left and told me he thought it was at 10 a.m. I told my husband when I left the price I was quoted for what I wanted done. When I came home, the only thing he did was the family room and the hall and charged $145. Coffee and urine stains from my dogs still remained. No deodorizer was used. I received no explanation as to why the other services were not performed when I called the company back. My husband told me he ran out of time. I really needed this job done by the weekend. I was told he had time. If I knew he would not finish the job, I would have hired someone else. I am very disappointed.

We recently purchased a home and wanted carpets cleaned prior to our move in. The job was performed in a punctual and timely manner, with extra attention given to the heavier traffic areas and near the kitchen. I was pleased with his service, and the results and will hire him for my future carpet cleaning needs in Longview.

Called to obtain an estimate and make an appointment. During the conversation with office staff I was informed they had a cancellation that same day. Asked for an over-the-phone estimate and was pleasantly surprised. Decided to take the sudden opening. Ralph showed up an hour later and two hours later the carpets were cleaned and looking like new. Ralph took the time to provide details on carpet construction and carpet cleaning methodology. The service was outstanding! He showed up on time (actually a little early). He was able to get all the bad spots up. Even though the carpets were over 15 years old, you couldn't tell. I would recommend his service anytime!
