Fine. I wondered if he could have perhaps made a couple of fewer trips between the van and the job - saving some time, but he was the expert ~ not me. I would have appreciated his ability to give me some idea of the cost when he was done. But, I had to wait for the invoice to be mailed. (I suppose I could have called the shop if I had wanted.)

The initial plumbers we called came out and diagnosed the problem. They didn't know how they would be able to get to the area because it was on a slope. They also worried us with stories of how other similar cases ended up costing thousands of dollars. Another plumber didn't have an excavator that would fit on our slope. After much back and forth with the 1st company who kept saying they were working on a solution, Marvin Gallow came out with his mini-excavator and was able to locate, dig out and fix the problem in a few hours. If only we had found him first, we would have saved ourselves 2 1/2 months of worrying and waiting for others to decide how to tackle the job. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend in a heartbeat!!

WE THOUGHT THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, I DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT PLUMBING BUT I DO KNOW THAT WE DID AND HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY PROBLEMS SO ALL MUST BE GOOD.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH GALLOW AND SMITH CO. WAS GREAT. THEY INSTALLED THE SEWER LINE AND DID IT FAST BEFORE WE MOVED IN. I WILL REFER THEM IN THE FUTURE.

WE HAD PLUMBING DONE IN THE BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN. HAD NEW FIXTURES INSTALLED IN THE BATHROOM. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

WE DECIDED WE NEEDED TWO WATER HEATERS IN OUR HOME DUE TO HAVING 3 TUBS IN THE HOME. ONE JUST WAS NOT PROVIDING ENOUGH THROUGHOUT ALL. THE COMPANY WAS FINE. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED.

GREAT SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. THEY WERE JUST AS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AS COULD BE. THEY WERE HELPFUL IN SELECTION AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHOWING TRAINED WELL.

NO COMPLAINTS. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY DID THEIR JOB. THIS IS ALOT OF WRITING FOR COMMENTS AND EXPERIENCE TO DO. SOMETIMES IS HARD TO KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THESE COMPANIES, BUT THEY WERE GREAT.

THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND DETAIL ORIENTED. THEY REALLY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB. WE HAVE HIRED THIS COMPANY ON TWO OTHER OCCASIONS AS WELL. WE THINK THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE YOU CAN TRUST.

WE CALLED AND TOLD THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY TO FIX IT. IT WAS A MESS. THE GUY THAT SHOWED UP WAS GREAT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

GALLOW and SMITH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND SENT A CREW TO DO THE PLUMBING IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. I HAVE BEEN IN MY HOME FOR ABOUT 9 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT HAVE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PLUMBING YET.

DID A GREAT JOB. THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL THE BACK UP PROBLEMS, WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED MANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. WERE PROMPT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A PRIORITY.
