+ -1 moreCalled them early Sunday before work, they have a 24 hour line. Showed up at 8am Monday. Took less them two hours to fix. Very happy cause we have a heat wave hitting this week. Need my heat pump for its cooling function.
Description of Work: My heat pump stopped working. Could hear it hum but no air was coming out. Turned out the blower bearings had seized, not allowing the system to cool.

Description of Work: Entek replaced our furnace in a mobile home prior to our selling it. Everything ran smooth until we found out they mounted the thermostat too close to the furnace, a violation that would not allow it to pass county inspection. They were prompt and professional in resolving the issue. However, it required another visit and for us to do a small patch and paint job to cover the incorrect placement.

+ -1 moreWonderful, these people were clean, professional, prompt when they came to do the work. They were always there when they said they would be, respected our home and us. They were respectful and aware of our animals. We were shown pictures of what the installation would look like when done and it did. The crew removed all of the old equipment, concrete pad, moved heat pump front of house, moved thermostat to downstairs where it should have been all along. We couldn't be more happy with Entek, they were GREAT! Thank you Chris, Mike, Michael, Derek and I know there were others but I can't think of their names right now.
Description of Work: Removed old furnace, heat pump, and extraneous "mess" left by other providers, installed new furnace and heat pump, cleaned and aerosealed heat ducts, and insulate attic and under floors.

+ 0 moreThey were half the price of their competitors. The service went so well, I actually signed up for their bi-annual service contract. The technician was very nice and quite thorough.
Description of Work: They cleaned and sanitized 16 vents, a heat pump, and all my duct work. They also inspected my furnace.
