Response from Dunn Maintenance
I called the client and she was upset because we reinstalled the screens to be able to remove them from the inside. This is what we typically do for security reasons. Most people want or already have them installed that way because it makes it more difficult to break-in. She also said the screen tracks were not cleaned out. That was our oversight as we typically do that. This was because the tech that normally does that part was highly distracted by hornets. We went to the client and let her know about the hornets and removed them free of charge.
