Jacob Dunn and his brother of Dunn Maintenance did a FANTASTIC job! They were very professional and thorough. They paid attention to the details. I have had several companies do power washing over the past 10 years and Dunn Maintenance has been the best by far! My concrete hasn?t looked this good since it was new. I will definitely bring them back!

The overall rating of fours stars was because I am unable to inspect the 2nd story gutters. Everything about Jacob and his crew was excellent. There work appears done, cleanup was good and I expect to have him back the spring of 2024.

They did good work, and weâ re real personable

The brothers Dunn were able to come out to wash our house windows the day we called. They finished the job they were on in Longview and landed in Ridgefield by about 2pm. They completed all 24 windows before 5pm. They were quiet and courteous and went about their job professionally and swiftly. Asked questions about our preferences and any questions they had about the quirks of our windows along the way. We will likely be calling upon them again. The view looks ever so much better.
