Dunn Maintenance was very responsive to our request and getting the job done professionally and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Dunn Maintenance for poly urethane awning cleaning. Excellent job. Next year we'll do windows and skylights as well.

Jacob Dunn is very professional and pleasant to work with. He inspected and measured where we needed work done. He installed EasyOn Gutter Guard on the perimeter of our house and will return later to wash windows inside and out, and will include cleaning window tracks and screens. He quoted us very fair prices for all work projects.
