I now have foundation vents where water can pour in and a very horrible looking patch job around my air conditioning unit. After months of communicating back and forth, he told me that he'd come out to fix the problem. He never did and now doesn't respond to any of my requests to get this resolved. Worst experience I've ever had working with a small business owner."
