+ -1 moreI took the computer to their store and the computer was ready about 4 days later. This seemed a little long to leave it (especially for my son). I would have preferred them to come to my home to fix it. The cost though was very reasonable.
Description of Work: My computer was very slow to start-up. The tech performed a defrag on the computer and removed spyware and viruses. The computer isn't now lightning fast at start-up but it has improved.

+ -1 moreI WAS KIND OF UPSET ABOUT ALL THIS BECAUSE I RUN A HOME BUSINESS AND MY LIFE IS ON THIS COMPUTER! BUT THE PEOPLE AT CHARISMA MADE ME FEEL AT EASE. EVERYTHING WENT GREAT AND MY COMPUTER IS NOW BACK HOME.
Description of Work: MY COMPUTER KEPT SHUTTING DOWN OR FREEZING UP ON ME. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY, SO I CALLED AND BROUGHT IT INTO CHARISMA.

+ -1 moreTHE PEOPLE THERE WERE REALLY NICE. THEY DID GOOD WORK AND THEY WERE EVEN DONE WITH MY COMPUTER SOONER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE! THAT WAS A PLUS SINCE MY DAUGHTER HAD A REPORT DUE.
Description of Work: I NEEDED THEM TO FIX MY HARD DRIVE. IT WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT. SO THEY TOOK A LOOK AT IT AND WERE ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

+ -1 moreTHEY FOUND OUT THE PROBLEM IN NO TIME AND HAD THE PART ORDERED. IT WAS FIXED FOR ME WITHIN THREE DAYS. THEY HAD GREAT SERVICE AND WAS A CUSTOMER ORIENTED BUSINESS.

+ -1 moreTHEIR BUSINESS IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED, AIR CONDITIONED, NICELY LIGHTED, CLEAN AND VERY PROFESSIONALLY DESIGNED (UNLIKE MOST CRAMPED, CLUTTERED COMPUTER SHOPS) AND HAS AN INTERESTING SHOWROOM. THEY WORKED ON MY COMPUTER IN A TIMELY MANNER AND GOT IT WORKING JUST FINE.
Description of Work: TOOK MY LAPTOP COMPUTER IN BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET IT TO DO ANYTHING EXCEPT A BLACK SCREEN WITH A BLINKING WHITE CURSOR.

+ -1 moreWAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. OUR COMPUTER WAS NOT THAT OLD AND WE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE WERE HAVING SO MANY PROBLEMS. WE DETECTED PROBLEM SOON ENOUGH TO BE REPAIRED. THEY GAVE US SOME GREAT ADVICE ON WHAT TO WATCH FOR WHEN ON THE INTERNET AND ALSO SHOWED US HOW TO DEFRAG OUR COMPUTER AT HOME. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: WE TOOK OUR COMPUTER HARD DRIVE INTO BE CHECKED OUT. IT WAS RUNNING VERY SLOW AND WE WERE HAVING SOME TROUBLES WITH OUR INTERNET. THEY INSPECTED AND ENDED UP CORRECTING THE PROBLEM. THEY DEFRAGGED OUR COMPUTER'S HARD DRIVE AND DESTROYED THE COMPUTER VIRUS WE PICKED UP ON IT.
