drapery cleaning, upholstery cleaning
+ 0 moreFine. They were prompt and pleasant and I think prices were reasonable. I was not thrilled with the delivery of the drapes. There are a lot of them so it cost about $600 and the two fellows just basically dropped the sets of plastic wrapped drapes on the floor in a heap and then took one set at a timevtominstsll. So ~$600 of pressed drapes were in a heap on the floor for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. Once hung, they pretty much straightened out after a few weeks, but really?

+ -1 moreThey were prompt and professional. Phone call to make the appointment had a quick response without unnecessary chatter, made it easy to set appointment. The service worker who performed the cleaning was friendly and thorough. They also pretreated my carpet for no additional charge, and offered a spot treatment at no additional cost as well. I have a naughty dog, so I opted to have an enzyme treatment done. It is a small charge extra, about $.10/square foot. Overall, I am very pleased with their service and will be using them again.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned living room and small bedroom.
