+ -1 moreEXCELLANT! Highly professional, very reasonably priced, great communication, and nice people. They showed up on time, did a great job and charged us less than HALF the estimate price. We had a terrible experience with a different repair company, and we were very nervous about going through the whole thing again. Aquafix was WONDERFUL. From the dispatcher to the repairman, our entire experience with them was a breath of fresh air. Great company!
Description of Work: Repaired our hot tub. They corrected the bad installation another company did on a new control unit. It turned out that the last company had installed the controller BACKWARDS, nothing worked right, the unit leaked, and we had been charged a lot of money. Aquafix repaired all the problems and charged us a very low fee. They also advised us that we probably had not needed a brand new unit and that we had been overcharged for the unit. I wish we would have called AQUAFIX first!

+ -1 moreI HIRED COMPANY TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY HOT TUB. THEY WERE PROMPT AND WAS ABLE TO ORDER THE PART AND FIX IT IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME.
Description of Work: I HAD THE MOTHER BOARD ON MY HOT TUB GO OUT. THIS COMPANY CAME AND WAS ABLE TO SEND IT AWAY TO BE FIXED.

+ -1 moreOUR SPA BEGAN HAVING PROBLEMS AND WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY ONGOING FOR A FEW YEARS. WE FEEL THAT THEIR BUSINESS HAS GROWN AND THAT THEY ARE FALLING BEHIND, BUT EXPECT THAT WILL CHANGE WITH TIME.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE HAD TO USE THIS COMPANY. (TWO DIFFERENT ISSUES) HE WAS VERY PROMPT, DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND THE BILL WAS WHAT THE ESTIMATE STATED. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: AQUAFIX HAD TO FIGURE OUT WHY THE PUMP TO MY HOT TUB KEPT SHUTTING OFF AFTER APPROXIMATELY TEN MINUTES AFTER BEING TURNED ON. THEY ORDERED THE PART AND INSTALLED IT.
