They did a better job the 2nd time, only after much haggling & frustration, except they didn't replace all of the damaged sub-roofing ashad been agreed upon. Thus, the sags in the roof.
Description of Work: Re-roof garage from first job in 2008. Because of shoddy workmanship, had multiple leaks. It was supposed to be a 30 year roof but only lasted 13 years. They mitigated the cost but I have found sags in roof because they just re-roofed over damaged OSB subroofing. They blamed the original roofing wasn't maintained by me as why it failed. Wrong! I never let moss build up on my roofs, as they claimed. Besides the OSB, no drip edge was used resulting in having to replace all of the soffets.
