Description of Work: Excellent service to clean and service my propane stove. However, the wait for an appointment in extremely cold weather with a power outage gives them B instead of an A.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. They know everything about the products that they are dealing with. They can take one look at it and say if the parts are available or not and if they can fix a particular problem. They are just real knowledgeable about their products. Their quality of work is excellent, when they fix something, I don’t have to worry about it at all.
Description of Work: We have used Active Enterprise, Inc. many times. The last time they came here was in November, when they serviced a couple of gas fireplaces.
