My technician really took the time to talk to me about my mice problem and I felt comfortable knowing they actually care about my concerns

The worker was extremely polite and worked pretty quickly. He sprayed everywhere for spiders, ants, etc., then put poison and a trap under the crawl space. He was so nice and very thorough.

They came out and did the assessment and the tech was out about 45 minuets later did the work and was gone in less than an hour. The next day the sidewalk had lots of signs that the treatment was working.

Lance arrived a little early and completed the service in a timely manner. Very pleasant and did some education about things to watch for with mice and ants. We have not had issues with those, but will be aware. So far, just dealing with a few hobo spiders and wasps.

Had some initial scheduling problems but other than that very satisfied with the work and customer service. I am contemplating their regular service. Kenny was extremely helpful.

Pointe missed my initial appointment window, but after being notified they quickly remedied the issue and scheduled me with another technician the same day. Other than that the service was excellent.

They did a very complete job. Not only putting out bait for the mice problem, but also brushing down cobwebs, knocking down wasp nests, and spraying the house foundation to control all the insects. And their products are pet safe. All for basically the same price offered by another company that would have only taken care of the mice. They arrived on time and treated me with respect and concern.

God job, fast, efficient, affordable

Good customer service needed to call back due to wasp and fleas control. Not sure if Tech focused on one pest per the reason for the call in the first place. Overall it was what was expected.

Pointe Pest Control took fantastic care of our family. Our pest problem felt like it was their #1 concern. Quick scheduling, punctual and friendly staff, thorough completion and even a call back to make sure we were happy! No more ants.....or anything else!

We hired Pointe Pest Control to control yellow jackets, wasps, ants, and spiders around four structures on our property. Although they just were out last week we're hopeful we will see results within a month. Our technician Donny was very professional and helpful!

We had an ant problem in the kitchen. The Tech told us we would most likely see more ants before the spray took effect. He was right on the money. We had more ants, and then no ants. We have not seen an ant for the last month....
