Great customer service so far! Everything explained well! im one of those hard to please folks, and I'm pleased.

They responded immediately to eradicate the bugs inside and outside from nearby trees.

I am so allergic to wasps, yellow jackets & other nesting pests that I could not continue to garden. I looked up pest control on the Internet and found the "Home Advisor" I was referred to Pointe Pest Control. Steve calmed me down, told me what they could do, and gave me an estimate over the phone. The price was so reasonable for the amount of service they provide. Nate, came out the same day, found nests, sprayed the house and special places he knew wasps would nest. As he left, no wasps flew around the yard. We have been wasp free ever since, and I am out in my beloved garden everyday.

They are very friendly and customer oriented. Did everything possible to protect things and get rid of the ants.

Theycame shortly after i called and came at the time i requested. That means a lot to me. their work did the job for me as well. They even promised to come back if it comes back and they will fix it for me.

The first person who came out to do the initial spraying was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me. The person who did the follow up was OK but he did not have the expertise the first person had.

The exterminator that serviced my home was very professional and explained the procedure fully to me. They went through my home with their product more thoroughly than I had understood through the estimate they had given me and didn't charge me extra for it !

Jacob was very professional in every way with his marketing. We did not use his service due to the fact that he only did pest control. If we were to require only pest control we have used his services.

Yes, I hired Pointe Pest Control. Jacob responded within 2 minutes of my online contact with a phone call, and came out the same day, also treated my home the following day. He was very professional and quick to help me with my spider/bee problem. I had a doctor appt. the same day as my son was bitten by a Hobo spider and I recommended Jacob to my doctor that was also having a spider problem. I would recommend him and his crew to anyone.
