Mike, the tech from Dryer Ducks was very professional. He used the camera to assess that the nest was empty and then he removed it for us. He replaced the entire tube from the bathroom ceiling fan to the outside wall plus a new plastic cover with louvers intact for the outside. He found lots of feathers all the way into the house inside the vent, plus lots of bird poop, so we were extremely happy with this service call. We plan to have them back to clean all our furnace/AC ducts as well as our laundry area dryer duct. This is an excellent company.

The service person arrived promptly. He suggested that he use a camera to inspect the dryer duct before it was cleaned. I was advised by the office when I set the appointment that they provided this service at no cost. I told the service person that there was no need for the camera as I was sure it needed cleaning. He said it would just take him a few minutes with the camera so I agreed. He used the camera and advised that the duct was clear and that this was likely because my shower fan connects to the dryer duct and was helping to keep it clear. There was no need to clean the duct. He did advise that the duct material on the back of the dryer was no longer code and if I were to sell at some future date, I would need to replace it. There was no pressure to replace it. I inquired as to cost and he advised it would be about $45.00 (I believe) and I asked him if he could replace it that same day. He did so. I am pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others.

He was very competent and professional and very easy to work with. He took pains to clean under the dryer after he pulled it out, wore 'booties' in the house, and was very adept at getting out of tight spots (i.e. crawling out from behind the dryer).

We purchased a dryer vent inspection and cleaning through an on-line Angie's List coupon. Almost immediately, we received a phone call from Tiffani to schedule our appointment and explain what services we could expect the technician to perform. Mike arrived early, explained what he was going to do and went straight to work. He performed a visual inspection of the dryer vent flu from the wall to the outside of the house and showed us the build up in the vent. He then vacuumed the lint trap, top and back of the dryer, floor then brushed and vacuumed the dryer vent. Both Tiffani and Mike were very pleasant and professional representing Dryer Ducks. We will definitely use them anytime we need the vent cleaned. We highly recommend Dryer Ducks.

Once again, Mike did a fantastic job cleaning each room's vents and all of the interior venting down to and through the crawl space. Mike is a very thorough and hard working young man. When he was done he misted a anti bacterial through out the whole system. And once again, I would be happy to recommend Dryer Ducks to my best friends. Mike did an outstanding job! He thoroughly cleaned starting under and around the back of the clothes dryer and all of the duck work in the crawl space. He showed us the very seriously lint packed condition by camera and by bringing a 4' section of the duck work that was absolutely filled with 25 yrs. of laundry lint. He checked the condition of the venting system. He was meticulous about cleanup leaving the laundry room very, very clean.. We give this company a A++. .I'd be happy to recommend Dryer Ducks to my best friends. They did such a great job we had them come back a week later to clean our heating venting system and that was also an outstanding job! Thank you for the great service.

The young gentleman showed up early and was very professional and personable. He came prepared with covers for his shoes so that he would not track any dirt into the house. He explained exactly what he was going to do prior to starting, which was refreshing. He later show me, via video how much debrie was in the ducts and explain how long it would take him to complete the job. I was very impressed with what he did and the way he went about doing his task. A++++++

Our experience with this fabulous and unique company was in a class of its own?? AAA to be exact! Young, energetic, professional and proficient. Accomplished at their business. So appreciative of them being cognitive and careful with our custom made wooden vents and our floors. Cleaned up before they left and we would not have known anybody had been here working. Success when we got up the day after the duct cleaning and did not see any dust or irritating particles on our floor,which had been a daily aversion! Recommend that everybody who has a furnace have this service done and by all means CALL: THE DRYER DUCKS!

The whole process went very well. The tech was very thorough and very good at problem solving. They were friendly, polite,professional, and prompt. They took precautions to keep our home clean We are very satisfied with their service and would call on them again if necessary.

Our dryer had gotten to where it took an hour and a half to dry a load of clothes so we had Dryer Ducks come out and clean the unit. They were easy to book, professional, and did a very thorough job. The company sends you a confirmation email that lets you know about the technician, including a picture, so that you know who to expect coming to your home. The technician was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate to wear booties over his shoes to keep the floors clean. It was interesting to see the video footage of the duct before/after - looked like a fire hazard. He not only cleaned the duct but also thoroughly vacuumed out the back of the dryer and under the lint trap, I was amazed at how much lint was in there. The fact that he pulled the dryer out and cleaned under it was an appreciated bonus. This service will more than pay for itself in saved energy costs, much less remove the fire hazard! I would definitely recommend this service.

The services Dryer Ducks provided was impressive because not only did they live up to there slogan of (Safe, Clean, & Efficient) They educated me during the process of the work and the workers were very friendly. During the video process they showed me the before and after of my duct work. When they tested my air flow for the first time it was reading 5. when it was all said and done my air flow was a 12. After all this they left my laundry room dryer section cleaner then it was before. I would highly recommend Dryer Ducks to any one in the future!

They completed everything they said they would do, and carried the tasks out in a professional manor, and had a great attitude. The communication from setting up the appointment, to the day after the job was excellent! We will use them again.

The team was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Best of all, the airflow to our dryer improved from 7 to 12.5 which means our dryer is now safer and way more effective. We are happy to recommend this company and service to anyone.

My wife hated our dryer and wanted to get a new one because she had to run every dryer loan at least 2-3 times. Instead of spending $750 on a replacement stackable dryer, I decided to try getting our ducts cleaned. I wish I would have done it months ago. The guys showed up on time, they were clean cut, and my wife felt safe. They even cleaned behind the dryer. I can't believe how much junk was in our ductwork. We only have to run our dryer once now for a dry load!
