The job went very well with little interruption on my part. The employee was on time, polite, and explained the entire process of cleaning from start to finish with pictures of the ducts when he was done. I would definitely recommend Dryer Ducts and hire them again.

I first noticed a “huge clog of lint” forming on the dryer vent on my roof and was concerned it was not working properly. I am retired and can no longer do work like this. Luckily I found Dryer Ducks doing research on the internet...company wa responsive and service provided was timely and professional. I scheduled an appointment and even received a text on my cell phone when they were on their way. Problem on the roof proved to be nothing serious and the house ducts were clean and did not require additional cleaning. We suspect ducts were cleaned before we bought our home a couple of years ago. Loved that they did waste my money and time! Dryer vent on roof cleared and furnace vacuumed and job complete. Trustworthy, professional and personal service!

My wife and I are very pleased with Dryer Ducks. We’ve been in our home for 28 years and this is first dryer duct cleaning (we’ve been getting dryer vent errors). Their front office was friendly and able to promptly scheduled dryer vent cleaning for our home. The technician (Michael) arrived on time and was clear in explaining the steps he’d be taking. He was efficient and thorough in cleaning about 35 feet of dryer ductwork and he was careful in putting dryer hose back in place. The business utilized email and text for service reminders and follow up. Pricing was reasonable for work completed.

Went very well. Tech showed me all the lint he vacuumed out, it was a LOT! Explained what he was doing as he worked. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable.

This job went quite well. I was drawn to the company as a local family-run small business. The price was within dollars of everyone else in the area, and they gave me a 10% military discount. I like this small business, and I offer a couple suggestions for them to improve service and cut costs in the meantime. It appears that this is a one-man-in-the-field operation with Micheal Cyr carrying most, if not all, of the load. In order to get this job done, they first had to schedule Michael to come out and inspect and do an estimate, from which I was able to get an appointment the following week or so. Many others in the area were able to tell me how much it would be over the phone (all within $25.00), based upon information I gave them about the house. So, when all was said and done, all the estimates were within a few bucks, but Dryer Ducks spent time and money to estimate that others didn't. Customers probably prefer a process that doesn't bother them with two visits. I believe for the cost-benefit payoff, Dryer Ducks would do well to initiate simplified ways to closely or precisely estimate costs, and thereby save their own cost of conducting estimates. The most common metrics used to make estimates included flat fees for the visit, costs for certain numbers of vents, costs per extra vent, and square footage of the homes. Dryer Ducks could easily implement any or all of these methods, and still be within a dollar or two, while NOT paying for an estimation visit, and possibly NOT lose any customers because of the extra visit. Finally, Michael Cyr is a fine young man of a caliber rare among his peer age group. He has a work ethic, professionalism, and courtesy, just not found. Furthermore, by all indications, he is the lone sled dog pulling Dryer Ducks along, though I understand Dryer Ducks has recently doubled its service personnel in hiring another person. Nevertheless, Dryer Ducks owes a tremendous debt (if not a sizable raise) to Michael Cyr.

Went well. the employees were friendly and courteous at all times. They were communicative and punctual. The Service Technician provided a free estimae and even worked on Saturday and past quitting time to complete our job with no problems. Very had-working. Total project cost was even below the estimate.

From the time I scheduled the appointment with Tiffany, Dryer Ducks was in contact with me by text and email. Michael arrived on time and was very professional and efficient. The job only took about 45 minutes and Michael cleaned up everything. I would definitely call Dryer Ducks the next time I need my dryer vent cleaned.

Michael arrived right on time, to the minute! And I was given a specific appointment time, not one of those two hour "appointment windows", when they show up fifteen minutes to half an hour late. He was courteous, personable, thorough and entirely professional. I would recommend this company to all my friends!

Pleasant young fellow-explained entire procedure and did a great job.

Michael performed the work and was in and out in a timely manner. The machines weren't very loud. He didn't leave a mess. It took three days rather than four. The staff was very prompt with our needs and allowed us to pay on our net 30 terms.

Found that the dryer vent was painted shut by previous owners. Fixed the issue quickly and was flexible on pricing since our ducts weren't that bad.

Excellent. Mike offered to replace my old, potentially-flammable dryer duct with a metal one for just $25 more than cleaning would be. Money well-spent!

He arrived right on time and then explained to me the process. After discussing, I decided to go ahead and clean the dryer vent. He did a great job getting it done. He even climbed into our crawlspace and fixed the duct work down there to make it more efficient for our system. Cleaned up after himself and was very professional. I would definitely use them again!
