DaBella - Spokane

Bryan came out and gave me a quote on new windows. He explained the product well and answered all of my questions. He was polite and professional. I got the quote the same day and was please with the price. The company cake out and measured right away and ordered my custom windows! I recommend them to anyone.

I just started process of getting all my windows replaced in my home, and I would like to say I was very amazed and surprised and feeling confident after sitting down and talking with Bryan Blair, Joe Steven's. I can not wait to see my new windows being put in and installed. Thanks DaBella.

After years of climbing a ladder to clean out the gutter sections I could reach I contacted DaBellas about replacing them with covered gutters. Their representative, Kyle, from Spokane, was professional, courteous and thorough in his explanation of the product and process. The work was done promptly with a beautiful result. No more mud, needles or bugs from now on made this a great investment in my time, and safety.

Very poor service. Did not do what was promised. Poor workmanship. I have to pay another roofer to fix the things that Debella did wrong. They don’t have their own roofers. They simply hire the same roofers that you would hire and take a cut. It would have been cheaper to cut them out of the process. Don’t hire them! They won’t stand behind their work!

Great good explanation on the three types of windows made it easier to make a final decision. Felt comfortable with Adrian and Joe in our home.

David and Mike showed up right on time and were extremely respectful of our time. They did a walk through, then sat down and asked if we were interested in a phased approach or doing everything all at once. I let them know that we were really just trying to get an estimate so we could get an idea of what we needed to save up for. They let us know of their October promotion and their interest free financing but not once pressured us to make a decision on the spot. Two weeks later they followed up to see if we had any questions or if we had an idea of possible timing. I said we're not ready but would like to use them when we are. I asked David if he'd follow back up in six months and he said he'd be glad to. I'd definitely recommend these guys and really appreciated their non-pressure approach and professionalism.

We are so pleased to begin the process of replacing windows. Although the work is yet to be performed, we are confident that DaBella is an excellent company. Our sales representatives were courteous, professional and passionate about the company and the windows they sell. Our quote came in at about 1/3 of the price of the quote we received from another window replacement provider, and the DaBella window looks as though it is every bit as good and perhaps even better. When Shane Hurley showed up at our door, we were reluctant to purchase a bath tub and shower, even though we needed it. We were unsure of the cost, as we guessed it would probably be in the 30-40K range, as it is the original tub and fixture with our 50-year-old home. Not only did Mr. Hurley work within our budget to make it extremely affordable (the price was under 20K for BOTH bathrooms), but they have so many gorgeous options, amazingly easy cleaning, and their lifetime warranty backed by a long-standing company really made it reasonable. We really look forward to having a functioning bathroom again!

We had sales rep, Shane Hurley, come out to go over a remodel of our shower/bath. He came very prepared with this whole bag of tiles that showed the different finishes, and even a mini tub made out of the stuff they use to make their tubs to show how strong it is, and how its built for durability. He used a computer program to show us exactly what our shower/tub would look like once finished, that way we got a full 'view' of what style we wanted. We were very pleased with how prepared he was to go over all the options with us, making sure we knew exactly what we wanted.

The work hasn’t been done yet but we wanted to tell you how we feel about the people who work there. Rick, Vicky and Jeremy ( General Manager) are wonderful, amazing people to work with. So kind. We have a son with special needs and it took a long time to fill out the paperwork to finance our new lifetime roof with DaBella. They are so kind and when we explained it was going to be too expensive & why, they totally worked with us and so that we could stay within our budget. If you’re in the market for quality, this is the way to go. More later when the roof is done and pictures.

David Reinuer was a great sales representative did everything to help us out. Great attitude. Very professional and overall a great representation of the company.

So far everything is going as Davis and Jon have stated. From quote to credit approval for financing within 4 days and the work is starting within 3 weeks of signing. Great people that care about their customers. Thank you for working with us and getting our situation taken care of in a timely manner.

David reinouer came over and explained about the company and what roof would work well for me. He is very knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy with their decision.

It was a good experience, Casey came out and gave us a fair estimate and explained a lot to us. When we are ready we will go with this company.
