So far Brandon Mills showed and explained samples of the Reve windows and what types of windows I wanted in each spot. Brandon came back in a day or two and we finished with financing. The Reve installer came in another day or two to perform the critical measurements and order the windows. So far I'm very satisfied with the professionalism of Brandon, everything was done so far in a timely manner. More review to come when the windows are installed.

The education on what to expect from them and the average contractor was great. You get what you pay for.

Gave estimate and demonstration of product with thorough details and actual props/product and comparisons. The warranty is unbelievable but in an awesome way and the company itself seems to take pride in having very knowledgeable field agents and courtesy. I found the sales representative very intelligent and engaging. The product and warranty are top grade. The 3 different quotes (depending upon the amount of work done, and also including windows and possible window box) were very reasonable and they also partner with outside resources to provide financing at reasonable rates. If you are considering siding at all I highly suggest calling Reve to have someone come out, you will be glad you did.

Keith and Clinton where very informative and answered every question we had. They showed us more damage to the roof then we even knew we had. Excellent costumer service.

Michael is a fantastic sales consultant! He and his trainee, Kyle are knowledgable about their company and their product lines. They were thorough in collecting information and answering questions. Their product presentation is very detailed and they answered many of my questions before I had a chance to ask them. Great customer relations!

I hope I get approved for financing!

Before getting an estimate for a new roof from Reve, I already had 7 quotes from local roofers with at least 15+ years history and 'A' ratings. The highest quote I'd received before now was 26,000, and most were in the 21,000 to 24,000 range (I am ignoring some low-ball $12K to $15K quotes from a few much less qualified roofers). My insurance estimate is 23,000 and change. So pretty much all the reputable quotes were in in the same ball park. The quote from Reve was $43,000, eg, nearly twice as high, less a 15% discount that made it only 60% higher. It was a great pitch. I used to train sales people in various industries, so I appreciate a great pitch on its own merits, and their sales pitch is in my opinion textbook 'car dealer', lots of prequalifying questions, lots of detail about the materials they use (but not showing the less-expensive lifetime shingle samples until asked), and, for the cherry on top, even sliding the quote across the desk with the price face down - until after one-by-one checking off each of the 13 steps they would perform then and asking 'how much do you think this quality new roof is going to cost?'. And of course countering the sticker shock with a "promo" discount that made it "only" $14,000 higher than the median. They (rightfully) put a lot of emphasis on their elite status with GAF, and the quality and training of their workers that allows them to offer GAF's top-tier guarantee. So my take-away is that they would do a top-notch job with a top-notch guarantee if you don't mind paying nearly 2x.

The Service provided of inspection and explanation of what the cost would cover when the roof is replaced. I was very pleased with the manner in which Jubel interacted and the honesty in which he represented the company REVE. If anyone wants a completed transparent company and quality work check out REVE company and if you are lucky enough you will have the representative Jubel.

We haven't got our roof yet, but Scott made the process of getting started less intimidating and he was very helpful.

Our eyes were opened. It was time to get a new roof so we decided to have some roofers come and give us estimates. We needed to find a good company to "slap on" a new roof. We invited Reve Exteriors to send someone out to our home. Keith Fuqua and Clinton Garbrecht arrived on time and took a good look at our roof. Then they told us how Reve Exteriors applies a new roof and our eyes were opened! We learned so much about roofing! You don't simply "slap on" a new roof. They explained the processes and steps to us that they use. Then they showed us the premium materials they use to put on a roof that is completely waterproof, completely safe, long lasting and worry-free. And did I say beautiful too? We also learned that a quality roof can't be applied in just a day or two. It takes much longer to do a good job and go through all the steps needed install a roof that will last for decades. We are so excited to see our new roof and believe it will be beautiful and dependable for many years to come.

The salesmen were professional yet comfortable to work with and knew their product well. The high quality of the window during the sample product demonstration was a no brainer. And the decision was easy to choose Reve windows once I saw that mine had no insulation value. Quality product. Quality people, in particular Chris and Jaden . I appreciated the honest assessment of my roof as well. Looking forward to a warmer winter and working with Reve in the future for any home improvements they offer. PS contractor that arrived to measure was easy to work with, polite and professional as well.

Everything went well the roofers were professional and completed the roof quickly. They started on Friday removing the old shingles. On Saturday they finished most of the roof and finished Sunday around noon. Overall good experience. These roofs cost more that the average roofing cost due to the premium materials they use.

Nick DePucci was the Reve representative that helped us through this process of purchasing our new roof for our home. He showed up on time and was extremely professional and helpful with the entire process as well as with all questions that we did have. He was very attentive in presenting us with all of the necessary information pertaining to the products and financing options and also in answering all questions effectively and accurately. Very friendly and let us make our decision without pressure, which was very refreshing to experience, especially with this size of an investment. I would definitely refer friends/family to Reve Exteriors.

Consultation and education regarding re roof. Keegan and Daniel were very courteous and knowledgeable regarding their product. I decided to use Reve over several other estimates based on quality of materials and warranty. This review is regarding the sales piece of my project, I am excited to get my new roof completed.

The process is smooth sailing

It's spring time, and the search for new roof has begun! As a lady homeowner that lives alone, having strange menfolk coming to my house and looking around is not my favorite thing ever. You just have to be extra careful, but at the same time, you have to let strangers have access to your home if you want the work done. Keith Fuqua from the Liberty Lake, WA office came to write up an estimate for me, and he was basically what I wanted in this type of situation. Very nice, easy going, didn't try to bluster or drown me in technical terms. We stood outside and talked a bit, in no rush, and I came the conclusion he wasn't a serial killer, and we started on the estimate. Before Keith came, he did his homework and looked up my house on the mapping system contractors use (Sky something, it escapes me at the moment). He got up on the roof and looked around, and the took a look at my attic, all the time telling me what exactly he was looking for. I just had an full inspection done less than a year ago, and he didn't fake seeing problems that weren't there, or make anything sound worse than it was. After that Keith and I sat down, and he busted out the literature. This was really great, I must say. Reve obviously trains their salesmen really well, but in the process the prospective clients get a really good education. I learned quite a bit I did't know from my own research, and I've ended up using that information with (and against) other bidders. He had a big binder with 3rd party roofing information, statistics, details of how roofing works, and how Reve's roofing works. He freely stated that Reve was a bit more expensive that your average company, but it was clear the quality of the product, the quality of the customer service, and the quality of their warranty make it worth it. The day after Keith visited, I had two other companies come out, and their appointments ended up overlapping by 5 minutes or so. The 1st contractor got huffy with me and left before we had really talked about everything because "clearly I was busy," and the second contractor spend his time telling how bad the other guy was, and much harder he works. They then, I'm told, got in in a texting fight, and the 2nd contracted called me back to shout at me about it! Maybe he was apologizing? I couldn't tell. Keith, your customer service shines. I still haven't finished looking. In all honesty, I really want a metal roof because I think they are snazzy, and I'm waiting for a few more bids to come in to decide which way to go. Its a lot of money, and I want to be sure. Keith was really gracious about it, and he's going to call me back in a month or so to check up on me. So while I haven't purchased Reve's roof and gutters yet, they are number 1 on my list. Keith was great, and I just wanted to make sure I did a review while it was fresh in my mind.

We met with Richard Macklin to discuss installing a GAF roofing system on our house. I was concerned about a leak that had appeared inside the house and didn't know if I needed a fix or a whole new roof. After discussing what was actually happening on top of our house, we decided instead of patching an existing problem with the kind of materials that failed, we wanted a solution that we wouldn't have to worry about. Richard went through every detail about the GAF roofing product and why it would not fail the same way the existing roof had. He was extremely knowledgeable, had all the information and materials necessary to answer all our questions. He took care of my concerns about using unskilled workers and learned about certification training that is mandatory and explained how they tie themselves off on steep roofs like mine. I know more about roofs than I ever thought possible. I am always looking at roofs now. I was impressed with his professionalism and presentation. I will add a follow up review once the roof is installed.

The sales rep was punctual and very professional. Were were impressed by the presentation and quality of window products. Overall we appreciated our experience.

Best windows. Cost a lot but well worth the investment. Super quit in the house (house is next to a very busy and loud road). They look like real wood windows. Great company taught me a lot about windows.

Most informed salesman. Help explain the hole roof system. Install was very professional, on time and very clean. Roof looks great with a great warranty.

There financing went through and their staff was more than professional, on-time and we are excited by the warranty. I would highly suggest them as a contractor as their sales staff took the time to get to know us, our home, and our goals and explained how their products could help! Our neighbors have been complementing our home!
