John and Joe where very helpful in solving my window issues and are helping me get the house squared away.

At the time of this writing, I am signing contracts to have old, original windows replaced with high efficiency new ones. The canvaser (Eric) who originally came to our door was friendly and informative, and expedited a meeting with our salesman the next day. Our experience with our salesman, Austin Hutcherson, was outstanding. His knowledge of the product was unparalleled, and his friendly, low-pressure demeamor sold us on the transaction within minutes of discussion. He met the estimates we had in our minds, and made this whole transaction as easy at it could possibly be. We look forward to the finished product. Did not go well, sales man pressured us into signing contract right on the spot with financing attached to it, called his manger and mocked us over the phone, we did not sign for a contract, they would not share a quote, even though he formed one up on his tablet, and did not have a business card? Try again, we will be shopping around. Somehow they where able to take 20% of the price almost right off the bat, sounds fishy, like they have to much profit to work with.

Sat down with Scott for an estimate on Roof repairs. He was very professional and informative. He walked us through each step. We wil be using them for our new roof.

Really had a great experience with David Reinauer and Dabella Exterior. He was very professional and well knowledgeable about everything. The quality of the process and material is amazing and it even comes with a 50 year warranty. Really wish we could have go through with it but family emergency came up, but hopefully at the end of the year we will try it again!

While my experience with the sales and financing staff was excellent, the sub-contractor they sent out to do the work was difficult to work with. He was up against the challenge of working after snow had fallen, but I don't feel that excuses his unprofessional lapses from a customer service point of view. He failed to put down tarps to capture nails & small debris, which is now embedded in my yard making mowing unsafe. He blocked access to my only handicapped-accessable egress, despite my very clear advise that I would need to get out for post-surgical appts using my knee scooter. He almost killed the small tree in front by burying it under old siding debris before I caught the oversight. The quality of the installation was top-notch; no complaints there; but I fell getting down the driveway due to lack of room to roll the weight-bearing scooter I was using which set back my surgical recovery 4 weeks. All because he felt it was impossible to shift his work table over 2 feet to one side of my driveway rather than leaving it dead center of the cleared area. Reve did have someone call in November 2017 to follow-up, and after I expressed my concerns about remaining debris they said they would come back with a nail rake. They still haven't, and it didn't snow for another couple weeks after that visit. Reve supervisory staff has stated they won't use that contractor again, but I have no way of know if that is true. I sure hope not, as he completely ruined what would have otherwise been an excellent experience.

I was concerned that there might be damage to the plywood underneath the roof because of the time that it passed. It was overdue for a new roof and I made up my mind that I was going to put on a good quality roof. I got several estimates from different companies, but I chose Rev Exteriors because: Ryan, the sales person, was very professional, we sat and went over every aspect of the roofing system and he explained their “Golden Pledge” warranty and how this is the last roof that will need to go on the home. No worries for 50 years. The installers were phenomenal, fast and courteous. I would highly recommend Reve Exteriors if your looking for a reputable company to do your exterior work! Remember that you get what you pay for. You can hire someone to put on the roof for half the price that works out of Home Depot with his pick up with a couple of his buddies, but you’re not gonna get any kind of warranty and If you ever have problems with the roof, which is likely, there will be no one to call and nowhere to go. I paid more for this roof because of the quality straight across-the-board. You get what you pay for. it’s been said that “the bitterness of poor quality remains, long after the sweetness of low price.” Well I performed my due diligence and found Reve Exteriors to be a reputable company that’s been in business for many years and the manufacturer of the shingles, GAF, solidly stands by their product and has been doing it for decades.

We talked to Chris F and John Mcm about about windows the process was easy and not pressured. There are wonderful with the kids as we were working to the process.

Adrian, a door knocker, knocked on my door one day asking about my siding. It was coincidental timing as I was looking into quotes for windows that wee. So I agreed to let someone come out for a FREE estimate that weekend after researching the company since I had never heard of them before. I read a lot of their reviews, looked up their awards on their website and reviewed their credentials on the LNI website. I seen they financed, with little to nothing down, which I didn't even know remodeling companies offered. This was huge for my family. This made the dream of renovating my house seem like a touchable reality. Clinton showed up, prompt and on time which gave points because I had two companies show up late. Lowe's didn't even call us to tell us they'd be late because I got "double booked." I had to call him and he was still late to the second scheduled appointment, didn't finish measuring siding and left without calling. American Exteriors showed up over half an hour late as well. But every meeting we had with Reve, Clinton was right on time. Clinton showed up expecting to quote me siding but was thrown a curve ball when I requested windows. Luckily, he was cross trained and didn't have to call someone else out. My son decided he would "help" Clinton measure the windows and Clinton was a great sport about it. We had one guy that was rude to my son when he followed him around. My son is three for crying out loud. They should feel honored my son thinks their job is awesome and should encourage him. Clinton came prepared with knowledge and samples on hand. He not only knew about his companies products, but about products they don't sell as well and what the differences were. We were able to see (and touch), what each color looked like on a piece of James Hardy Plank and what the type windows we were interested in could do. I was impreased on his knowledge because that shows me he has had extensive training and wasn't some pusher trying to make a quick sale about something he knew nothing about. For instance, one company tried telling me that James Hardy was not fiber cement but it was actually stucco or wood. To be fair, they only sell vinyl, but they should know their competitors products if they want to explain to customers why vinyl is supposedly "so much better." Unfortunately, my husband had to work during the estimate so Clinton came back another day to speak to both of us about pricing. He explained how to get the most bang for our buck and what all of our options were. We couldn't afford to do both windows and siding right at the same time with the holidays coming up, and my husband switching jobs. But, after calling his boss, he offered us a discount to get all our windows and sliding glass door done because I am concerned about the age, saftey and heating bill with the windows improper seal. We will be doing siding in the Spring and our windows within the next few weeks. Our roof is fairly new but we will chose Reve to replace it when the time comes. After all is said and done, we chose Reve for windows, siding and roofing. They weren't the cheapest, but had the best quality by far. Why go cheap on your house when it is the biggest investment you will ever make? More than likeky, will have to replace the cheap stuff eventually anyways which will cost the same as the better quality product in the end. Plus, they have double lifetime warranties so if we do ever decide to sell, the warrenty is transferable to the new owners. The entire time we were with Clinton, he was upfront and honest with us and I respect a company that values their integrity and is down to earth. This is the house my children will grow up in. This is the house they will make lifelong memories in. Why not make it into a house worthy of such an honor?

The sales people were punctual and very detailed and knowledgeable. The installers were also on time and did a great job preserving our yard. They left our yard following the install with minimal disruption and were even able to come back to answer a question that came up a day later. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. The price was a bit higher than others but it was WELL work paying for the quality product we received.

It went very well.it was expensive, but they kept their word on every promise from our first meeting to last inspection.

Custom ordered windows to fit existing openings snugly and enlarged the 2 window opening into 1 in the bedrooms. Looks like the house was made with these windows in place. The siding is still the same as when they came and the fit was perfect. Installation crew, Jerry's crew, were awesome. Prompt, professional, very clean and safety conscious. I am really impressed with the quality of the product and service. Would highly recommend them.

David and Andrew were awesome from the very start. Spoke clearly and truths. Roofing team members were incredible and professional. Whole roof, including removal of old roof took 1.5 days. Would recommend to anyone in search of quality work.

Everything was handled with complete professionalism. Appointment scheduling was easy, friendly, confirmed and fast. John McMullen arrived just a couple of days later, right on time, maybe even a smidge early. He listened carefully to everything I wanted to accomplish and was willing to educate me about all the newer technologies available in modern windows. He seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. I know others who are pleased with and recommend REVE. I was specifically interested in energy exchange, and u-ratings in the hope that I could eliminate the need for using blinds and preserving my view of the lake. I had a lot of questions. He was patient and explained multiple options to me. I left feeling well informed. I will definitely be using REVE for any and all window replacement at my home. Honestly could not ask for anything better from this company and it's employees. We had two visits from consultants, first time we couldn't afford due to surprise medical bills. However the second time we were able and ready for a new roof. Chris Pederson, refreshed our memories with his easy to understand presentation. Helped us with filling out some paperwork whenever we had questions and gave us a great professional and casual experience that other companies strive for. After the initial paperwork was taken care of we meet the lead constructor for our roof. Sadly can't remember his name, but man were the installers great! I wouldn't believe if anyone told me that their roof was torn down to the boards and then had their new roof fully installed in about 6 hours! Crazy I know but they did it. They even let me climb up on the roof and check things out myself whenever I pleased. Communication was awesome as they made sure where I was okay with them placing the building materials, as well as what areas they needed to look out for when dropping roof scrap. And at the end of the day, there wasn't a greater feeling seeing that nice distinct roof design. If you are looking for a new roof. GO. REVE. Yes they are more expensive but sooo worth it. The warranty cannot be beat because they are simply, the best at what they have to offer.

The quality and look of the product was outstanding. The crew was professional, completed the project in just over one day, and did a great job cleaning up the old roof from my yard, patio and driveway.
