The salesperson did not respond back to me after the sale is complete gave me addresses to go look at some things some jobs and never follow through with meeting me there or call me back about the jobs, a waste of my time my money in their product was like trying to pull teeth to get want to work out of them

Salesman came out to measure my windows last October, talked the whole time to the window installer, ordered my windows without explaining to me that my sliding glass doors were 1" shorter than what I had and 1/2" too wide, thus will be jimmy rigged in and sit shorter than the windows that flank the doors on both sides.. The salesman ok'd all measurements with the window installer and didn't give me the option to pay a little more to get the correct size. Also all of my windows were too thick and have to be completely trimmed out by house painters that I have to hire to make them look right. When it came time install this spring had to hire a different window installer, which they told me the measurements for the windows and doors were all wrong. When I contacted this company they said there was not much they could do. Salesman promised again to call and see if the window company rep would do a return he also said he would come by and pick up a defective screen, I've never heard from him again, he won't return my calls. I will not shop local again!
