Description of Work: I previously called them to arrange a on-call basis for snow removal. I called on a Monday morning, I asked if they could come out that day to perform snow removal. The wife, said yes. tHE Job was done when I came home. I got a bill 5 months later stating that they spent 2 hours = $200.00 plus they added another day, which I did not request = $50.00. I sent a letter of complaint that this was excessive and in my interpretation, price gouging. They returned another bill dropping the extra charge of $50.00 but now stating on this bill that the $200.00 was a 'special trip'. They never stated during my initial phone call that they were too busy and that it would require a 'special trip'. Thus, I guess, the reason for the high cost of the bill. I can go out a push my snow blower and get the job done faster than their stated 2 hours (with a very big loader and bucket). PRICE GOUGING!
