The job took 1/2 a day. The technician was prompt and courteous removed the asbestos per the contract and cleaned up quickly. Great job overall! I was very pleased with the work. Working with Bob on the estimate and scheduling was easy.

This company is the best I've dealt with in years! Other companies wouldn't even return my calls and, when they did and made appointments to see the job, they never showed. Thermatech was amazing. They gave me a good bid, were reasonable about the language in the contract, took half down (credit card), and started the work precisely when they said they would (no delays or cancellations). They showed up on time, were incredibly responsive, reasonable on price (I thought), had great attitudes and were simply amazing. I had the whole setup: tenting throughout the basement, containment stuff everywhere, a shower outside. You name it, it was there. The nice thing: they cleaned it all up every day so the impact was minimal, and, when they left, everything was spotless. My crew lead was Jamie, and he was great. Poor guy had to sit and monitor the containment and tanks outside for 3 days (boring), but he did it with a smile on his face and they did a number of small extra things just because they were there and could. For example, they encapsulated some asbestos wrap they found on the third floor that was not in the original contract, they filled some holes where bees were getting in with some leftover expandable insulation, and they fixed my gate on the way out because it was hard to close. These guys are fantastic. Thank you!!!!
