1. We bought a house in the north end of Tacoma in 2011. The seller's hired this company to paint the house. They were specifically told not to have any paint chips on the ground due to the type of loan we had FHA (which requires no paint chips to be on the ground in order to pass inspection). When we stopped by the house after painting was finished we were appalled at the mess of paint chips all over the yard. They did come back and pick up the chips but left a lot still in the flower beds around the house. 2. The paperwork we received from the sellers regarding the warranty states they offer a 5 year warranty on all paint and labor. Paint is bubbling all over the house and garage and large pieces of paint have fallen off. My husband and I have tried ALL summer to get a hold of this company. I can't even tell you the number of times my husband has called and left messages or hasn't even been able to leave a message. Not to mention emails not being returned. We finally heard back from him the end of August and he stated he would come by either the next day or within the week. We have seen nothing of him or heard anything back from him. I AM NOT IMPRESSED with this company's form of customer service. Not professional at all. And to top it all off we sent him a letter (certified) asking for him to please contact us by Oct 1st and we have not received anything from the post office or from the company. I guess that the next step is to get a hold of an attorney. Do not use this company!

I was not happy with the service they provided. They are very difficult to get a hold of. They did an incomplete job. When I try to get a hold of them to finish the job they don't call me back. It was more problems with the ownership than the individual painters. When I first talked to guy that owned it and was negotiating stuff. He gave me a whole line of stuff that he won best painter of the year nine years in a row. He said they painted a number of churches and a number of stuff. Maybe he did but I don't believe that is true. I would say to check out their claims.
