Extremely poor and unprofessional pest control service and bad customer service. They tricked us into a contract 3 years ago by their door to door sales guy and the terms of the contract were totally different than what the person promised to us while selling the service. They use harmful chemicals for pest control, they have ambiguous clauses on their contract like they mention they offer free reservice, but the reservice is really like stopping by and talk the homeowner out of providing the service. Even after servicing the house for 3 years, they couldn't get rid of the insect problems we are seeing inside and outside the house. Whenever I reported an issue with a rodent, they tried to talk me out of providing the service and tried to sell some premium service to take care of that specific rodent.

It was okay. They were very kind, they were very informative and very easy to work with.

It always goes great when the guys come out to service my home. They are always respectful and friendly. With this Covid-19 issue they are always careful to follow the guidelines to protect themselves and me. I highly recommend Edge pest control to anyone who needs to rid themselves of pests.

We have used edge to treat the outside of our hone for about a year. We have not had any bugs inside or out. They have been very easy to work with. They treat quarterly, every 3 months, which has been sufficient. Like with most of the companies they will retreat any time between scheduled service if there is an issue. So far we have not had to call them to come out and retreat.

Excellent communication, professional, on time service. We also use them for rat control. Edge is the best!

Great! The Edge employees are wonderful.

We called the company for rat removal and they installed bait boxes around the house, but they also sold us a year of worthless quarterly service for pests we had no issue with, and for which treatment was completely ineffective. They send a tech to spray the property with insecticide that was supposed to reduce flying insects and spiders, but there was no difference after three treatments. BEWARE THEIR CONTRACTS! They will hard-sell you on services you don't need and lock you into contracts you will have to pay 50% of if you cancel. TERRIBLE business that was paid to bait rats but instead, bait-and-switched us.

It didn't they sprayed my yard for bugs and when I talked to them about it... they demanded another $200 dollars... and I haven't seen them since... they have my money and I have zero services... I paid them $500... for nothing...

Everything was clearly explained. All my questions were answered. The technicians were punctual, courteous, professional, and efficient. I’m very pleased with the service provided.

Great work! They come out quart and we have seen a huge decrease in most bugs. When we do have bugs around we can call for an extra service at no extra cost.

Edge visits always go smoothly and professional. Each technician calls with an ETA, arrives when he says he will, maintains a an attentive and professional exchange 100% of the time. Each technician works quickly and addresses all concerns, with treatment, and education regarding what to expect with the treatment. It seems pricey, but I believe you get what you pay for. This is a professional company that is consistent and available. Highly recommend.

My technician (Sean) was punctual (called to let me know when he'd arrive & arrived when expected); did an excellent job & let me know I could call after a month to have the outside rat traps inspected & bait refilled for no extra cost (I didn't know that).

Well. Very professional and they did whatever I asked them to do and more.

They misrepresented the work they would do, locked me into a 2 year contract with an outrageous termination fee, and then failed to complete the work they agreed to.

Edge has been absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly responsive, calling within minutes of my quote request. Their prices were right on par with other providers, but Edge stood out when their staff took the time to explain the process, the treatments used, and to ensure that the chemicals present wouldn't cause my pets any problems. Their treatment process was very sensible: make our home a less-appealing location for the rodents. This involved multiple weekly visits to set and maintain traps for the rodents, plus insect treatment to eliminate any potential food supply. Our rodent problems were intermittent, but since the Edge service began, we've had no observable rodent activity. This is an excellent sign and I know that if there is any activity that Edge will come right out to adjust traps or treatments whenever I need them; their 1-year guarantee with their treatments is very reassuring. :-)

It was not a good experience with them. They did not give me a clear idea on costs. They just wanted me to sign a 9 month contract with them and I felt this was not professional. I had a half hour window and needed to call the technician as they were supposed to be there between 4-4:30pm and due to communication issues they did not arrive until 5:30pm.

Technicians were efficient, personable and professional. Very quick response time and service.

I did not hire this company but this review is important for people in Washington State need to know. I called for an estimate to get rid of a mole (perhaps moles.) They said that they trap them (which kills them.) Then they would dispose of them and aply a chemical deterrent in follow up appointments which we would be contracted for. I said I'd read it is not legal to trap moles in Washington State. Their reply was that they trap them legally. So I decided to get a quote and do more research. They gave me a quote. Then 2 hours later another person called me and said that he could give me a better price if I would schedule for the next day or day after. I said I would consider. Then I did more research and learned that a law ws passed in 2000 (Washington initiative 713) making it illegal to trap any animal in the State of Washington. The only exception is mice and rats. In fact in 2007 a professional mole exterminator was arrested and fined and put out of business for violating that law. A day later a representative from Edge called me again saying that they had even more discounts for me if I would sign up for their 3 month service and schedule for this week. I told them that I was going to go with a company that would gt rid of the moles legally with some chemical deterrents (not taps.) I told them that I know that there is no legal way to trap moles in Washington State and they should know that. I hope people read this and don't do business with this company and I wish there could be something that could be done to report them to the authorities but unfortunately they have to be caught in the act.

Brandon was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He answered our questions and addressed every concern. I love the product is people and pet safe. This is the first time we've used this company and have been very impressed. Their call center contacted me within minutes of my search on Angie's list. They were able to come out very quickly and was up front with costs. Happy camper at this point!

We absolutely love Edge and this service call was no different. The professionalism and customer service oriented attitude was amazing! Our rep was very thorough and also provided some education.
