The young man was thorough. Inquired where the problem areas were and took care of them as well as others he felt needed it.

It went awesome ! They gave a military discount which was extra awesome and I cannot wait to see how the treatment goes!

Everything went fine. The technicians are very friendly and professional. They removed the wasp nests. They treated the inside and outside of the home with a pet-friendly insect spray. They also set up some "black boxes" in the garage and by the fence to deter rodents.

Thorough treatment. Still waiting to see results.

There is a rat problem in this area. I would see them sometimes running along my back fence. They would get into my bird feeder. Since I have engaged Edge, I do not see them anymore. Nor do they get into my feeder. It has been a huge stress relief not to have to worry about them anymore. As a bonus, I don't have any spiders in my home or have to take care of the wasps nests. They use only natural products so I don't have to worry about my pets getting sick either.

Great, fast and efficient service. Prior to the service we were shown a video of the work that would be performed and a timeline of our future services. Upon completion the Edge associate gave us a quick summary of what he found and what we could we could expect on our next visit in 4 weeks.

Good - they were punctional and professional. They explained their service in good detail and then performed it.

We are still trying to get rid of our rodents. Unfortunately we had a terrible technician come out and try to service our house. Unfortunately he didn't bring any poison to refill the traps. We called and complained and asked that they never send that technician out again. The very next week we saw the same individual and he again did a terrible job. Two weeks in a row we have had to make time to be available for them to fix their issues. They did provide a $30 credit to help fix the issue. Unfortunately their contract does not have a satisfaction guarantee. There is no recourse that we can exercise to hold them accountable. However the contract does have a clause stating that the homeowner has to pay 50% of the remainder of the contract so we are stuck because it is just our first month.

They didn't enter the attic. When I talked to them on the phone that said it was not problem to service the attic. But when they came they didn't go in the attic. They only put traps near the opening to the attic and never went to where the rat activity was. They never informed me about progress on the rat activity. But I could still hear them in the Attic. Then they charged me for another month of service without telling me or giving me an update.

First guys they sent out were incompetent about the particular bug we had a problem with. On their third visit they brought someone who actually knew what they were talking about and he walked around educating one of the guys that came the first two times. Also, not very happy about them discussing private items in my room with other people in the house. Avoid these guys.

They were very nice, very pleasant people, very prompt. They were knowledgeable, they were easy to work with. The contract itself, the pertinent information was very small and so I mean initially I would say everything was an A experience, it's just you know later on when it's like they continue, why is this money continuing to come out of our account every month when they only come out. I took it over when I moved in with my mom but she was having this big bill every three months and she's on a limited income, so we had to do some digging to figure out what the deal was and I contacted them and they were unresponsive like this is the contract you know you could change it to a monthly and so I did and so now it come out of my credit card. I would have expected them particularly since she is almost 82 years old, I just really feel like it was obviously something that was a miscommunication. I feel like they could have said well okay maybe what we could do is we could just, this would have been what we would have charged you for a one time thing and just work out something different as opposed to you know where we would have had a much better chance of you know we'll use you every summer or whatever and now at this point in time I have no desire, once the contract is over I don't want to use them at all.

They're unobtrusive and we don't have any bugs so I guess that's the good thing, the bad thing is that they just, my mom felt misled about. She signed it and didn't read it that it was like about a two year contract and she did not realize you know they just kind of skated that in so and then when I got involved and you know it's like well I mean we could certainly, I just didn't feel like their customer service was very responsive. They weren't real clear about what service she was paying for. We will not use them again. As soon as their contract is over I maybe looking for another.

Excellent service. The best pest control experience I've had. I've worked with multiple other companies in different states. This was, by far, the best in terms of professionalism and quality work. Their work is thorough and effective. No more screams from my kids about bugs :)

The serviceman, Chris, was great. He explained the process very well. He was very professional and did not leave a mess. He was very aware of my dogs and proceeded to spray with their safety in mind. Thank you, Chris!

It went great. I really appreciate their customer service and explanation of the work they are doing. They always ask if I'm having any problems and are very proactive with ensuring we don't have insect issues in the future. I highly recommend them!

They had made a lot of false promises in the beginning. They never fulfilled those promises. Every time we would ask them something, they would say that it's part of the contract. Initially, they told us that they'll do this and do that but then they took it back. They are not cheap in any way because they charge $100 per visit. They could have at least delivered what they promised in the beginning. They promised to look out for the mole and the rodents.

Great spiders have been coming out of the would works, but dying.
