They were timely and efficient.

He does good roofing work but is not great with paper work. I have been waiting for warranty paper work on a recent repair. He seems to be becoming very busy, because he now is charging for estimates.

Josh Pritchett knows how to run a business. Other A rated roofers didn't even bother to return my call. His installer was exceptionally polite and tidy. The work was first rate. Professionalism at its best. Don't hesitate to utilize their services.

I called Pritchett's because it was highly rated on Angie's List. Not only is it hard to find roofers who will do patches on torchdown roofs, but an appointment within a week! Josh met me at the house right on time, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem. I so thankful for him and his company!!

On one of the rainiest and windiest two days I have ever seen as a 35 year Washington resident, I developed a small leak associated with one of my roof?s rope safety bracket. On what I?m sure was one of his busiest days of the year, Josh was positive, polite, & professional and made the time that day to get out to my house to fix the leak. He kept me apprised of when he would arrive and arrived on time. Despite the still windy and wet weather, he got on the roof and quickly fixed the problem. He even did a quick check around the roof and did some simply / minor maintenance sealing on some other areas to help ensure I would not develop any new leaks in those places.

Josh has done about $1,000 worth of work on my home so far. He's been reliable, conscientious, easy to reach and flexible. He repaired sections of my roof cap removed by incompetent painters, and removed the toeholds they left (filling the holes appropriately). Thanks, Josh!!

I called this company on the afternoon of 08/21/2013 after being advised that I needed repairs to my roof by a moss removal company. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call-back almost immediately after leaving a message, and was told that they could be here the very next morning. Josh told me that he would call before he came but that he expected to be here about 8:30. He was as good as his word, calling me at 8:15, and arriving at almost precisely 8:30. I told him what I needed, and he got straight to work. He replaced a torn and disintegrating neoprene flashing around a vent pipe with a new metal flashing, and was done and loaded up to leave within an hour. He was quite pleasant and courteous, and thoroughly professional. I would definitely use him again, and recommend him to friends.

Came and not only did he find the source of the problem (last owners put a new roof over the old roof and did not replace the old gutters) but he went through the trouble to rip out parts of the old roof beneath the old roof and took the time to repair the gutters properly. He knew exactly what he was talking about and even pointed out areas on the roof where there had been previous problems but I had not mentioned to him.

Called to get estimate appointment he answered and set appt for next day. He showed up much later than we had discussed, took very little time to inspect the job. He said he would email us an estimate. Never emailed us and never followed up. This could mean he had the email wrong or that it didn't come through but he did notfollow up with a phone call either. He seemed uninterested anyway he had actually told us "I will probably be the highest estimate you get". Overall felt he wasted our time and his.

I had a very good experience with the guy who came. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He did an excellent job on my roof. The pricing was very fair. He was really good.

They gave us a fair bid. They explained that their work is weather dependent. They told us where we were in the cue. When they arrived they worked hard all day and till very, very late to get it all closed in. They never complained and were prepared to eat/hydrate on the job site.

Prior to calling Pritchett's Roofing, have had the same problem off and on for the last several years. Previous roofers have partially solved the problems, but everytime there was a very heavy rain, the same problems returned. Pritchett's was not only on Angie's list, but had been recommended by a mutual friend who had, had work by Pritchett's in the past including a couple of roofs. Josh Pritchett was very thorough and courteous. Explained what he was going to do, why and how he solved the problems. When he did have to return was courteous and thorough and did solve the problems. All leaks are now fixed on roof and chimney. No more leaking despite several downpours. He guaranteed his work and didn't charge anything extra when he had to return. Did not say I needed a new roof, in fact stated that with care it could last a few more years. I do plan to use the company again this spring or summer for cleaning and any additional needed work. Felt I got my money's worth and quality work was done.

I got 2 bids for roof replacement. The first went into a long spiel about how roofs were replaced correctly which was very informative even if his bid was very high. The second bid was so low I was afraid they were missing something. I asked questions from the info the first bidder told me and all were answered to my satisfaction. I was so very impressed by the fact that they laid out tarps to catch anything that happened to fall when they were removing the roof. Even when they were replacing; when they left each night my yard was clean. The only way you would know the roof was being replaced was the tiles on the roof. I was so pleased. I have had roof replaced before and had to watch for roofing nails and pieces of tile even after the job was finished for many months. And they had supposedly cleaned up. But these guys made sure all was clean.The roof is done, the price was great and I even got mold resistant roof tiles for a decent increase. I am very pleased.

During a hard rain, my roof began leaking badly enough to drip into the house! My realtor, who knows all the good contractors in town, recommended Pritchett's to me, and although I got several other bids, I ultimately went with them. Other bids seemed very perfunctory, and although I could have spent $250 on a roof repair in that one spot, my intuition told me that wouldn't take care of the problem. For one thing, I was getting streaks down my siding in various places that could have only come from a roof leak. Jared inspected my roof, took photos to show me the problem areas, and even put a sealant over a couple of exposed nail holes as part of his no-charge bid. The issue turned out to be a top layer that had been improperly installed, creating little channels where water could run underneath the shingles. Jared and his crew were easy to work with and professional. They took the time to move a couple of small breakable items out of the way, even though their bid specified that I was responsible for ensuring the area beneath the roof was clear of any valuables. They were flexible, timing the work to coincide with good weather. And they left the area almost completely clean except for one or two stray nails I found afterward. I now have a roof I'm very confident with, especially since the previous roof didn't have any "venting" along the tops of the crest, and Jared installed not just any venting, but a special kind (I wish I could remember the exact details, but his venting had something to do with wind resistance and better airflow). My house looks fabulous, and I no longer glance anxiously at the ceiling every time it rains!

We had our roof replaced by Jared and his crew. When it came time for a new roof, we looked nowhere else. We called him 5 years ago because we had a minor leak, and we thought he would be telling us then that we needed a new roof, but he said "no, you've got about 5 years left on this, just let me caulk the places that need it" Over the next 5 years, he occasionally repaired some flashing, a vent, whatever, and the experience was always fantastic, so we didn't have to think long when it was time for the big job. They came when they said they would, and were done when they said they'd be. In addition to tearing off the roof and putting the new on on, we asked them to build out the roof of the peak of our garage by a foot it had been flush with the peak prior. Jared did that piece, and made it look easy. It now looks like it has always been part of the house. His crew is as nice and concientious as he is, and there was almost nothing in the flower beds when they were done, as far as roofing materials, etc. Jared did one final sweep through them after his crew was done, and picked up every tiny bit of anything he found. After this 5-yr relationship, we feel very confident that if anything were to go wrong with the roof, he'd be right there to make it right. He has the Nordstrom customer service ethic, and we think he is awesome.

They are punctual and cautious of the plants they clean up the mess when they are done. They show up when they show up which is on time, they are constant with their work.they are priced well. They are not the cheapest but they do the work.

He was on time and very easy to work with. With roofing you have to wait on the weather but they did it on time and the clean up was good. I have since then recommended him to other people and he has a good track record.
