They did a fantastic job. They did some air duct cleaning and even cleaned some extra vents for free.

Had gas furnace serviced. Tech showed up on time and very professional. Completed service and cleaned. There was a major problem with the unit and tech did a great job of showing me the problem and attempting to find solutions without replacing the unit, but the cost was too high and he set me up with an appointment with one of their sales reps. The sales rep was very informative and explained in detail everything having to do with purchasing a new furnace. Due to cost, I did decide to go with another provider but had great service from the company.

We awoke on a Monday morning to find that we had no heat. After taking all the appropriate owner actions, I called Dick's Heating & AC, as they were the original contractors who installed the furnace and duct work when the house was built almost 20 years ago. On Wednesday, they sent a repairman who repaired the furnace but said that he could not guarantee the work due to the age of the furnace. We were semi-prepared for this, but had hoped that we would be able to defer a replacement until summer. I sent requests for bids to Pacific Air Systems, Dick's, and Mercurio's. Dick's response was a handwritten form which essentially said "replace the furnace" without specifying what brand or the exact work to be done. Mercurio's sent a rep, who examined the furnace, and then spent about an hour and a half educating us on furnaces. He said that he would e-mail me a formal bid, which he did. On his heels came the Pacific Air rep. Despite wearing a clean white shirt, Keegan, the rep, got into our crawl space under the house to inspect the ducts, then climbed up into the attic loft to inspect the duct work up there. He used a laser to measure the volume of the house, and did a lot of calculating of air flows, etc. He then sat down with us and advised us that the reason our house was cold upstairs was that the air return was basically not hooked to anything. He then told us that we had 'way too much furnace, and explained in great detail why this is not a good thing, and not enough air conditioner. We talked this over and decided to go with Pacific Air because of the demonstrated professionalism. As promised, on the following Tuesday at 8:30, two guys showed up with a truck and immediately went to work on the furnace. They had completed the installation by 1:15. They told me that they were unable to fix the upstairs ducting because to install it right would require that a 2d floor floor joist be cut and a section removed, and that they would not do that. Further communication since has indicated that they have devised a work-around and that they will be back to take care of this. It seemed that Keegan, the Pacific Air rep, was the only one of the three who was concerned that we not buy more furnace than we need, and that we got one that was adequate to the job. Everybody has been easy to deal with and extremely professional and pleasant.

With freezing weather on the way, it was time (past time) for maintenance service on our 10-year-old gas furnace. After much research on the List, I called Pacific Air Systems because of their positive reviews. The office staff were cheerful and helpful, and they worked with us to get an appointment time that would disrupt our workday as little as possible. Technician Nathan was perfectly on time. He was friendly and professional, everything you would want in a technician (he was even very kind to my pet). He explained up front what the maintenance service would include. Fortunately, no problems were encountered. One component was at the end of its useful life, and he gave me the option of replacing it now or waiting, and he explained the ramifications. I played it safe and replaced the part while he was here. When done, he explained the company's optional service contracts with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I did decide to purchase a one-year agreement just to avoid the hassle of trying to remember to schedule next year's maintenance appointment. It's a good idea to have reliable service providers lined up for your plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs in advance, and I feel very confident in Pacific Air Systems after this.

Referred to this company by a neighbor. I chose them because I knew they had previous experience in my Townhomes complex . Jeremy and his technicians put me at ease and work professionally to complete my install. I interviewed several companies and I am glad I trusted my instinct .

Pacific air systems called me to say that technician was running a little ahead of schedule so he was able to arrive earlier thsn the designated time which was fine. He spent much time thoroughly cleaning my furnace while explaining what he was doing. As my furnace has lasted beyond the life expectation, he explained to me what to consider when it comes time to replace my furnace. Brian Pelkey, the technician on this service call, was very professional and efficient. I have used Pacific air sytems to service my furnace for 21 years. I have no complaints...only compliments. I will continue to use them in the future.

It went really well. They are very thorough in explaining what they will do and are doing. They responsive and flexible. They always tell me to call if anything isn't right or working correctly.

There were problems in the installation so I had to call them back three times. They're very nice it's just that one of the installers was didn't pay much attention to details. I went to them because we had good experience with them before.

The service was great but later I found out I could have bought the part on Amazon for less than half. Other than the cost of the part, everything else was great.

When Chris came in May his notes stated to check coolant at the next service. I had no problems before that with my coolant. So I am thinking he may have loosened the fittings. Again, I found that he no longer works for them. Then, after my January service, my furnace quit working again! They said the coolant was almost gone; it was almost flat??? And they said there was a leak. After my previous experience, I knew I could not trust them. So. I had another company come out and test for any leaks. I paid $759.50 for the testing which found no leak, and for refilling of the coolant that had been 'lost'. I called Pacific Air and explained to them what was going on and again wanted them to reimburse me. First the alarm factor trying to sell me a new furnace at the coldest time of the year, and then having to pay 759.50 to hire someone to prove they were inept again. They refused to pay, and then offered me 2 years of free checks! I declined this time for fear they would come up with yet another way to force me to buy a new system. I didn't want to fall for it again. This caused my energy bill to double because the heat pump was running non-stop not producing any warm air. The technicians are nice guys, but the company is devious.

Thorough is the best word to describe Andrew's work. I am so pleased. Thank you to Angie's list for this great find. Wow

They are excellent and I can't say enough good things about them. I have a two-year contract with them for 376 dollars to get two visits a year. They are a very reputable company and they are very honest and thorough. I've been using them for 14 years and I've been happy with all the technicians they sent. They all are very thorough they really take the time. I've been in this house now for 15 years and my heat pump is going on 20 years now and heat pumps don't usually last that long. That's a testament to the quality of their work.

The technician, Steve, was punctual and very professional. Steve explained why our furnace was continually malfunctioning and told us how he or we could take steps to prevent problems from re-occurring, without pressuring us to buy a new furnace. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it, why he was tuning up the furnace. We plan on installing a cooling system in our house and will absolutely give Pacific Air the first shot at our business!

All three technicians that came to my house to perform all the different services were incredible. All were friendly and did they jobs professionally and quickly. Pacific Air Systems is incredible to work with. They respond quickly and get to your house even faster.

They are always great about meeting their appointment times. I have signed up for their annual maintenance plan, as they have been out a few times a year for general inspections and cleanings. Always great explanations of what they have done. The last appointment, they ordered me a new furnace filter as I hadn't been able to fine one to fit my furnace. They had it shipped directly to my door by the supplier. Great contact making appointments and fitting me into the times that I am available.

Have used this company for a number of years. They are always professional, cheerful, helpful and prompt. I have an annual contract with them which is well worth the money. Just in case you need them for a problem, the response is great. They scheduled today's appointment to work with my schedule. 7pm. No cold night for me! Very reasonably priced, worth every penny.

I've been using this company for 7 years since they installed my heat pump and furnace in 2006 on recommendation from a coworker. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I highly recommend!

What I wanted was a new gas furnace to replace an older existing horizontal gas furnace with a heat pump added to the system using an outside unit in a specific location. I had several other proposals from companies who said they could do the job OK. Don't know for sure if the other companies could actually do it, but I became convinced that at least one of them could at a price I liked and that's the one I asked to do the job. I don't know why he felt they could not do the job, but suspect it was because they did not have access to the requisite equipment.

Both trips. Technicians arrived on time, as scheduled. Andrew did the work on the first trip. Extremely pleasant person. Knew his job and did the work in a completely timely manner. Covered everything. Pointed out items that needed attention, made recommendations on how they could be handled. No hard sell, just suggestions, and left it up to us to do what we wanted. I like to see what is being done, as I've been an Electronics Tech for over 40 years. I liked what I saw, and was confident the work was done properly. Andrew said our system was in very good shape. It's a Trane 16i, 3 ton system. On the second trip, Ben and Chuck arrived on schedule to do the duct cleaning. Had it set up and completed in about 2 hours. Both techs were friendly, knowledgable, and glad to show me how the system they used was operated. Quite amazing really. They showed me examples of the dust and buildup that came out of the ducts. Quite a bit, but not overly dirty, considering it's the first time the ducts have had that kind of cleaning since the house was built in 1979. Ben pointed out 1 flaw in the duct in the living room. One of the 90 degree elbows had split about 1/2 inch, but was covered on the outside by insulation. Said it might need replacement. I can do that without a problem. Otherwise everything went well. They cleaned up after the work was done, and it was like no one ever was there. All the tech's used "booties" over their shoes when in the house. I am overall very pleased with their workmanship, and have arranged to have them come back in six months for a winter overhaul on the heat pump system. If you need anything in the line of HVAC service done, I would recommend Pacific Air without hesitation. From my point of view, and I can be picky, they did an outstanding job. My thanks to Andrew, Ben, Chuck and to Aaron, Carol, and Chris in the office. These are good people to work with, and I enjoyed meeting all of them.

I'd recommend them because they are a great company with great customer service.

We called around noon Friday and in less than twenty four hours we were back in hot water after major tank failure with leak.
