+ -1 moreTerrible. Would never contract with again. I felt lied-to.
Description of Work: I was sold a basic inspection and initial installation of a pest "barrier" around my home. My children and my wife have very sensitive allergies, and we are very concerned in general about the use of carcinogenic pesiticides. I was excited to hear the sales pitch re: green pest services line of products. After learning more about the products they use, I agreed to a service contract. HOWEVER, when the service rep arrived a few weeks later to apply the "green" pesticides, I demanded to see the individual packages/names of the products she intended to apply. The products she brought did NOT match the list of promised "green" products. I took the time to research the products she did bring using the Pesticide Action Network database. They were not "green", but were very carcinogenic - listed as possible hormone distruptors. When I asked about why she brought different products, she told me they were "out" of the "usual product." She was friendly, but I asked her to leave and told her I was not interested in doing any business with her company. Fundamentally, I felt mislead. Without careful attention to their work, I would have had a home surounded with serious carcinogens.

+ -1 moreFor the most part its been good, it is an ongoing process. The people that I've worked with have been very friendly, courteous and professional. The price of the service is the going rate. The only thing that hasn't been entirely positive is that they require you to sign up for a year, but when you do sign up, you can call them at any time if you are having a problem. They have regular maintenance but that also means they are available at any time. However, they haven't been quite as timely as the contract said they would be. I have gotten a lot of service for what I have paid for so far. At this point I would recommend them. Things seem to be headed in the right direction.
Description of Work: They are trying to rid the sugar ants from our home.

+ -1 moreWe had a mouse problem, so they treated with traps. The only thing that I didn't like is that they don't come back to check the traps and remove the contents, and they were supposed to have called to make an appointment to come back in to get the traps.
Description of Work: We got the introductory offer: inspection of the house, crawl space and attic. We signed a contract with them for a year.

+ -1 moreThey were on time. They showed up the next day after I called. They actually could spray into my walls where they thought more wasps might be located. They were able to reach the highest of my to remove any trace bees or wasps. They explained everything completely.
Description of Work: They removed the hives from the attic. They removed the bees from the front bushes. They knocked down nests around the roof.
