Fast installation and the device works just great. The contractor was professional and quick. Since this was so tiny hard to say how the contractor would do on a major job like installing a garage door. But being willing to take on a tiny job is a positive sign for me that he's willing do do the small to introduce himself to customers for potential larger jobs later on. I've tried in the past for getting bids from other contractors for other small jobs like a part of a bathroom update and they were not interested in small jobs. A contractor that is is someone to keep in mind for the future.

Owner was in touch throughout and quickly performed the work. Told me what I should expect as far as lifespan on his repair. We haven't had any further issues and the door functions flawlessly.

Terrific !!! Torre came over for a repair estimate. He assessed the repairs necessary and said he could do the work right then. Within an hour he replaced: - the wooden wall-anchor with a metal bracket, - the 16-ft metal strut above the door, and - put on a metal bracket to anchor the curved door arm. He also lubricated all rollers and confirmed the door was operational. The original 3/4-inch plywood wall anchor had been attached to the wall with only three plaster board screws, and 8 nails...none of the nails were attached to a wood stud or crossbeam. Torre searched and found 2 crossbeams and used them to secure the metal bracket for the opener's track. The home owner (my neighbor) said the garage door was MUCH quieter following the repairs. He said it previously was very noisy and the door shook as it moved...probably due to an inadequate wall anchor-point. My neighbor was VERY pleased with the results...so was I.

The guy that came was great. Arrived right on time, nearly to the minute. Identified the issues, prioritized as far as what should be done now as opposed to later, and offered a solution. I was very impressed and the doors work great

VERY well- Torre had to install (and charge for ) a 'Door opener strut ) the OH door outfit neglected to supply--the system works great and is VERY quiet!

Freedom Garage Door Services showed up when they said they would. They installed the garaged door opener and suggested I replace the the roller wheels to make for a smoother running door. So I did. Garage opener works great. Everything was as advertised and I would use them again!

Could not have gone any better. The old door is like new. Future upgrade to more modern system, including insulated door and rail system, was discussed, with a very attractive price estimate.

Very professional and punctual. My wife and I are very pleased with the replacement of steel ball-bearing rollers to nylon rollers and tune up. The garage door now produces minimal noise that is not noticeable unless you go directly into garage.
