In finding this Pet Door Guys sliding glass door option we thought it might be a good fit. We contacted them and got a sales person named Alby Allen, he instructed us how to measure to get a price quote. We thought about it and compared to our other options, ultimately we settled on this sliding glass door. There was a long wait, we had to follow up multiple times checking on our order. After the door arrived we contacted some glass installers to price the installation, at this point we learned the door is the wrong size. They reclaimed the door, and say to fix this we must buy another new door at almost full price. Now we're stuck, no door, and no refund. Seemed like a good product and fitting for us, but these people are scammers!
Description of Work: We got a puppy a little while ago and knew we'd need a bigger pet door for her eventually. We started shopping around and checking prices.

We used a Home Improvement Company to replace our windows with Comfort Design windows. A screen door was back ordered and we set up a date with Comfort Design for one of their guys to come out and install it. He came as planned and the screen had some tears in it which he hadn't noticed beforehand. He told us he would be back out to fix it. That was 3 weeks ago. We have heard nothing from them since. And the voicemails have been unreturned. In the meantime we are enjoying the summer (and the bugs that go with it) until I have the time to go buy materials to fix and install the screen myself.

Description of Work: We bought our Comfort Design windows through Lowes and also had them installed by Lowes. The order came in very quickly and just when they said it would. The quality of window in comparison with the price is great. Definitely better quality than some of the windows in a similar price category. We replaced all the windows in our home (10 large windows and a patio door) for about $5000 which includes the installation. The windows slide easily and have good solid locks. Overall very happy with them and we got a great PSE rebate after install!

The windows were manufactured and delivered directly to our home on the date promised. They appear to be well made and all are satisfactory at this time. One window broke before installation and Comfort Design apparently replaced the glazing for the installation contractor without charge (at least we were not asked to pay any more). Windows have only been in service for 6 weeks now, so jury is out regarding long term performance. So far, so good.
Description of Work: Comfort Design provided newly manufactured vinyl replacement windows to Affordable Windows Solutions, whom we contracted to replace our aluminum-frame windows with vinyl LowE windows.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. ALSO ONE OF THE WINDOWS WENT BAD, BUT CDI WINDOWS CAME AND REPLACED IT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK IN OUR HOME.
