They were pretty prompt and professional. But there were few pieces of furniture which had some damage. Since I took insurance the cost was covered.

They were on time, and they were polite, but they were not reasonably priced, because they took way too long to complete the job which over-inflated the final cost.
Description of Work: I hired 3 men at 45/hr/ea to move the contents of a 3/2 house - however 1/3 of it had already been moved in Rubbermaid containers to the new house, so all left was Furn/appl's/rubbermaid containers. I asked to buy the extra insur for $98 (covered $10,000). I asked them not to take apart the 6 shelving units in the garage-just put in moving truck and put Rubbermaid containers on them. They disregarded what I said and took all 7 units apart (took 1 guy at least 1 hr). 1 guy never moved anything-just stood in the truck and pointed where to put stuff. They broke a pool cue cabinet, and damaged the wood floor as it fell down the stairs. Scratched up some expensive furn, etc. They took 10 hrs - which was way too long for 3 men. And then they refused to pay my claim for the broken pool cue cabinet and floor damage. I would not recommend them to anyone!
