+ -1 moreTechnician came out and looked over the fireplace - said certain parts were needed; returned to store and sent email that he could not get the parts therefore could not fix fireplace. Did not fix fireplace but charged $97. for a service call.

+ -1 moreI HAVE VERY POOR COMMENTS ABOUT THEM. THEY DAMAGED THE SPA SHELL. THEY DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS AND DON'T COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. THEIR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH.
