Angels Northwest did an excellent, professional job on everything they did. Helpful with ideas and suggestions and flexible. Yes would hire them again.

Manuel and his crew did an amazing job. I have high vaulted ceilings and a split level home. I originally was going to purchase new baseboards, but he saved mine and was able to make them like new! He also refinished a section of a wall that was poorly patched after multiple tvs had been mounted to it. My new house actually looked like new! Definitely recommended!!!

Hands down! This is the best service available. The perfection of the house painting and repair was over the top! The crew arrived when they said they would, and they cleaned up after the job was over. I had neighbors approach him when they were painting, and they set him up to paint for them...which he did for them right after my job. Manny was very easy to work with. He got the job done in 2 days. There is no better crew for your job. I have had 6 people ask me for his card after I posted the picture of my house on Facebook.

Manny was super responsive and came out for a free estimate. He gave me his recommendation of what needed to be done. His price was right and he was out the next dry day. Manny and his partner completed the job quickly and thoroughly. My house looks great! They cleaned up after finishing. Great attention to detail!

Manuel is very honest and does an excellent job for a very reasonable price. He will not leave until it looks right and customer is happy. He is now painting my second house now due to his previous great job!!

After I purchased the great deal, I was not contacted by LA Painting, so I emailed to request scheduling a time. I got no response after a week, so I emailed again. After a second no response, I requested a refund and received it promptly. How in the world can these folks offer up a great deal and then not respond at all??

Horrible. They didn't have ladders or rollers when they arrived. The work was sloppy. The man was rude.

It was pretty bad, we fired them. He did a really bad job and we had to have another painter come in and try and correct it. The sales tax was additional. We had hired him to do that work and then we had some other work to do. He came around and really seemed like he was pretty detail oriented and he wasn't. He didn't take stuff off. He came in and worked for a couple of hours. He had a helper who didn't know what they were doing and really kind of made a mess of the laundry room. When we had countertop people come in, they looked at his work and then went, "Who is this guy? We want to make sure we never have to call on him." Other contractors came in and commented about how bad he was. He was a nice guy but incompetent. Some of the ceiling he did was okay. He tried to say that he did more, but he didn't. He did exactly what he was supposed to do.

I never heard from the provider when I purchased the deal. When I contacted him, he said he doesn't check the Angie's emails and was kind of vague. I purchased a deal for $499 to paint 3 rooms small rooms, no ceilings. I wanted a large master bedroom painted plus a long hall. The master bedroom had a couple of walls with some issues that needed to be addressed. I also wanted the ceilings painted. I asked for him to come see what I wanted done and how much extra it would cost. We made an appointment and he never showed up and didn't call. I had to call him again and he sounded like he didn't remember me. He said he would do the extra stuff for $150 more which I am now thinking was too much but that's on me. Anyway, when he came out he didn't have the "orange peel" texture needed for one of the walls. Left it in his other truck. Had to go to Home Depot for it. He had originally told me to get 4 gallons of paint, I got 5 and it was not enough. He said he forgot about the ceilings. We had a "discussion" about who should go get some more. I reminded him I had gotten more than he had estimated. I did not want to leave the house alone and he did not want to take the time. I finally told him to get the paint and add it to his bill and this is what happened. Odd side note: his wife came with him but other than taping off the rooms, didn't seem to do anything else. She went with him both times he went to Home Depot and for some reason, could not stay here and paint. I bought this in the first place because of the Angie's List recommendations but will never use them again. I have always had great luck with Angie's and will just consider this a fluke.

I'm not really the type of person to ever leave a negative review, but I would like to share my experience with this company. After purchasing the Angie's List deal on 3/18 and providing 3 available dates, I waited a week and received no response from the company. I then emailed Manuel, who called me back in about half an hour and said that he would not be available until the week of April 12th, which was two weeks away. I told him that was fine and to give me a call back when he knew what day he could make it out to my house. The entire week of April 12th I did not hear from him at all, so the next week I followed up with an email. Manuel called me back right away and it sounded like he didn't remember who I was or our previous conversation. After reminding him of our last chat and the deal that I purchased, he told me that he would come out the next Friday 4/22. He asked if I could email him my address, which I did right after I got off the phone with him. I took that day off of work and by 9:00 AM emailed him to ask what time he would be coming over. He never responded, so an hour later I called him. Again, it sounded like he had no idea who I was and again asked what Angie's List deal that I purchased. Manuel said that he would not be able to come out today because his truck wasn't working. I told him that I took the day off of work to meet with him and asked him why he didn't call to let me know he couldn't make it. Manuel got really defensive and started raising his voice saying "you have a car, sometimes it breaks down. I cannot walk over to your house..." I told him I understood that everyone has car issues, but asked him again why he just didn't call and let me know he couldn't make it over so I didn't have to take the day off of work. He was yelling at me at this point and repeated his rant about me owning a car. I finally told him that I was unfortunately going to report this to Angie's List, which he told me "fine! do what you need to do! I don't care!... " This was sadly, my worst experience with an Angie's List company. I made the decision to purchase an Angie's List Deal through this company from their A rating and the amount of great reviews that were left. I feel like this company either cannot handle the amount of business they are receiving from this AG deal, or that he doesn't want to waste his time painting for smaller jobs and only wants to complete larger jobs. The Angie's List deal was purchased over 30 days ago, so I am waiting to hear back if I will be able to receive a refund.

Absolutely terrible provider. Avoid at all cost. Non responsive. Non delivery. What's worse is that Angies list is refusing to refund the money, citing their 30 day refund policy. What a train wreck!

They never contacted me or responded to my email.

Manuel and Maria are great. Manuel is skilled at cutting in and painting in those hard to reach places. They ended up putting on 3 coats of paint to cover fully. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with!

MANUEL AND HIS WIFE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE KITCHEN WAS ALOT OF EXTRA WORK BECAUSE WE WANTED SOME WALLPAPER TRIM AT THE TOP OF THE WALLS REMOVED. IT TOOK ALOT OF WORK BUT THEY GOT IT OFF.THEY DID A GREAT JOB, IT LOOKS FANTASTIC. HARD WORKING PEOPLE, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING PAINTING.

Manuel came out. Saw the job I wanted done, left an estimate and I never heard from him again. I called and texted him 4 times, with no response. I asked the last time if he was too busy for our job, no response! No way to do business, Manuel.

It was so-so. He came and he offered me the other deal to paint the entire house. He came out and had someone clean it and do some patch-up work. He did an okay job, nothing spectacular. There were a couple of weeks where I didn't even hear from him. I said, "I need to have some action here." So I just talked to him and said we'll just call it good. I had somebody else come out and take a look at it and they said the job that they had done as far as priming and some other stuff, was just below average. So they didn't do a good job. I just decided to hire a local company. When they came out and cleaned it, you could really tell the difference about how they did it, compared to what LA Painting did. It's like night and day. He was very hard to understand. English is their second language. I think they're out of Mexico.

He did an excellent job, and was very mindful of the detail work. The exterior of our house has 5 colors. The lines where those colors meet are true and tidy.

Fine. There were two of them, and they did a very thorough, good, and quick job.

The job was completed to both our satisfaction. The area was left clean. Manuel is a very nice person.

Very good communication and showed up on-time for both the job scope and for the job itself. The job was scheduled on a Saturday, which worked out very good for me and my work schedule. I highly recommend Los Angeles Painting, and will use them again for painting needs.
