The complete job went Great!! The technician was timely, pleasant to work with, demonstrated high quality expertise, as was well prepared upon arrival. He accomplished the repair quickly and made all necessary adjustments to the garage door for proper and painless opening. I was very impressed with the workmanship, especially for a Sunday job.

I had initial misgivings due to the variety of names the company uses on the internet. I requested the estimator provide me with the company's contractor license #, which he did. I checked with both the Better Business Bureau and Secretary of State databases, and found LG Doors to be fully licensed, insured, and bonded, with no consumer complaints whatsoever. The estimator was competent, efficient, and courteous. He had to revise his estimate twice before he left, once slightly upward, and then downward. The installer had to cancel the first date, and arrived later than rescheduled for. Once on the scene, however, the installer worked rapidly and efficiently, and completed the installation on time. He cleaned up all debris in excellent fashion. The door looks and functions perfectly well. The invoice was sufficiently detailed to support our homeowners insurance claim.

We picked the guy who did the work because he is somebody who is close to where we live. He is a very nice young man and he doesn?t own the company. We called them this morning and they came out this afternoon. They came fast. The young man who came was very polite and clean. He explained to us that we might need to get the motor replaced on the automatic thing to lift the garage door, but he was sure that we needed to replace the rollers and the pulleys because the door wasn?t opening or closing right. So I told him to replace the pulleys, wheels and stuff first and then the motor if it was required. So he was quite fine with that. He said that I might need to replace the motor anytime in the next few years because my garage doors are about 10 years old, but he didn?t push or anything. There was no pressure to do the job. I never had such kind of work done before. So the price seemed reasonable with the amount of work that he did. He worked for an hour and a half to two hours. He was very careful in explaining everything that he was going to do. We were very pleased. We would use the services of LG Doors in the future too.
