Description of Work: We have had various items in our apartment replaced in a renovation...faucets, valves, washer/dryer hoses and valves. Refrigerator water line, etc. Mark was always responsive and cared about the results he was giving. When we had leaks (not his fault), he was quick to get over and work to resolve the problem.
