Things appraisers cannot do, VA loans or any appraisal for a loan UNLESS your lender specifically said they want you to get an appraiser. We also don’t survey land, or do personal property such as art/jewelry. Hopefully that helps! We get a lot of questions in that regard.

They were prompt, honest and very thorough while walking my property. The appraiser was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, even accepting of our 2 large breed St. Berdoodle dogs, who wanted nothing more but the appraisers attention. One of the best professional experiences I have had to date.
