So delighted with our lights package. We have a multi-story, craftsman and the lights were hung neat. No loose cords etc. They can also help with bulb replacements if bulbs go out. Will be repeat customers.

On 11/6/19 I called Westside Windows and spoke with David. He explained he was busy with holiday lights but could clean our windows on 12/13/19. He asked me to text him with my information. That date would have given us clean windows for Christmas and time to put our own holiday lights up on the porch/around the porch windows. On 12/12/19 at 8:39 I texted him and asked what time I could expect him the next day. At approximately 4:30pm I called him and he said he was still busy doing holiday lights and it might be the 16th or 17th. Here it is the 20th. I still have chairs and décor moved away from my porch windows and no Christmas lights up. I could have hired someone else and had it done if he had been honest with me. Will never contact this company again. We have had roofers, landscapers and tree companies doing work since late October and all have met their commitments until Westside Windows.

David and his helper showed up when they said they would and did a good job installing the lights. He was very pleasant and nice to work with.

David and his assistant did great work. The lights are perfectly straight, and they had a warm white LED (yellowish not blueish). Very competitive price. David was patient and answered all of my young son's questions (such as "why don't you fall off the roof?").

David and his team did a terrific job on our windows and screens. Our incredibly dirty windows were sparkling clean when they left. They also cleaned the sky lights inside and out which I believe have never been cleaned. I felt the prices were very fair and will absolutely use Westside Windows again, however, I won't wait so long to have them come out! I am looking forward to David hang our Christmas lights in the fall.

We highly recommend David, owner of Westside Windows. He has cared for two of our homes over 10+ years, and is a pleasure to work with. He provides excellent value because he is so reliable, and always does a thorough job and takes extra steps to make sure we are satisfied. When he uses staff, he is onsite providing supervision and they have been efficient and friendly as well. With holiday lighting, his suggestions have been spot-on, and we have had people come to the door asking who does our lights! With gutters and roofs, he has always been proactive in noticing and fixing small issues that could be problems later if not addressed. David has become a trusted partner in caring for our home.

David showed up on time and ready to work. I have used David before and will use him yearly. He is VERY careful of treating your home with respect. The windows and all sills and channels are spotless. He then treated the roof and has scheduled a comeback to sweep it off.

They were very thorough and had good customer service skills. They did a very good job and also cleaned up after themselves. I was satisfied with their service.

David and his crew were fast and efficient at cleaning the inside and outside of our windows. They are easy to get a hold of and flexible in setting appointments. Always on time and they do a great job.

THEY HAVE BEEN DOING OUR HOUSE FOR SIX YEARS. THEY ARENT THE BEST AT GETTING BACK TO US QUICKLY, BUT THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB ON OUR WINDOWS. THEY ARE A SMALL RUN COMPANY. MOST EVERYONE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD USES THIS COMPANY. THE PRICE IS WORTH IT. THEY DO A LOT OF CLIMBING TO DO THE WINDOWS.

DAVID FRICKE IS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE SHOWS UP ON TIME, COMPLETES ALL WORK ASKED OF HIM AND INFORMS AND OR SUGGESTS TO US OF ANY AREAS NEEDING EXTRA WORK. HE UNCLOGGED A DOWN SPOUT FOR US.

WE HAVE USED WEST SIDE WINDOW WASHING FOR MORE THAN EIGHT YEARS FOR WINDOW WASHING. INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, AND GUTTER CLEANING. THEY HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE, THOROUGH, AND FAIRLY PRICED.
