+ -1 moreAll went as expected. Communication was good. Quality was excellent. Very professional, left now mess or sign that they had been there, except for a shower floor that looks brand new.
Description of Work: Replaced floor in 1977 fiberglass shower. They fixed the 8 inch crack that was in the floor, and replaced the leaking drain.

+ -1 moreWe purchased a new jetted acrylic tub as part of a bathroom remodel. No damage to the tub was noticed when it was installed but after the remodel was finished (and all of the various contractors had left) we discovered the tub was damaged on one corner. It looked like it had been hit with something which created numerous cracks in the finish (this could have happened during shipping and we just didn't notice it). The repairman came out and spent about 3 hrs refinishing the tub. He did an excellent job. You can no longer tell it was ever damaged.
Description of Work: Repaired a small ding and numerous spider cracks in a new acrylic tub.

+ -1 moreWhen setting an acrylic tub it was damaged. Patchworks came to the site and repaired the damage, so it doesn't show. The technician worked to place the broken part and resurface the area to make the damage invisible.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT. SINCE THE TUB WAS BRAND NEW, OUR FRUSTRATION LEVEL WAS VERY HIGH. PATCH WORKS CAME ONSITE WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF CALLING THEM AND FIXED THE BREAK AND CHIP. YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL THAT ANY DEFECT EXISTED!

+ -1 moreTHE REPAIRMAN REFINISHED THE BATHTUB AND FIXED THE AIRVOIDS. TWO WEEKS LATER, IT CRACKED AGAIN AND ANOTHER MORE EXPERIENCED REPAIRMAN CAME OUT AND FIXED IT WITHOUT CHARGE.
Description of Work: THERE WAS A DEFECT IN OUR BATHTUB KIT. IT IS MADE OF FIBERGLASS AND WAS DAMAGED BY AIR BUBBLES THAT WOULD CRACK AND LEAK UNDER THE FLOORBOARDS IN THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM.
