Tyler installed a tankless water heater in our home. A flaw on the install was the service valve which is used for annual maintenance was installed too close to the gas line, so I had to buy an adapter in order to attach a water hose to the service valve for the maintenance. Tyler promised the first annual maintenance to be done by him for free, but he never replied to my calls, texts, or emails. I even offered to pay full price for the maintenance, but still never a reply. If you have a tankless installed, be sure to perform annual maintenance on it; these need cleaned and descaled. If you had Tyler install it, you may need to learn how to do this yourself.
