Did great, spent time to explain issues with existing windows. Worked hard and got the job done

The technician was at my house 8.5 hours and did not wash the insides of 7 Windows, he washed the outsides of several windows three times,, he took the screens out of all the windows but did not wash them or replace them. Customer service offered to come complete the job but I was fed up at that point.

Rustyâ s was prompt, professional and fast. The stream of cold water that spilled over from my plugged drain and gutter in front of my back door every time it rained has â miraculouslyâ disappearedâ ¦ thank goodness! and a big thank you to Tom (Rustyâ s wonderful worker). Iâ ll definitely be using them again and Iâ ll gladly recommend them to my neighbors and friends

I would highly recommend Rusty's. Of course, Damian was a hard worker, very professional, quiet and what I appreciated, too, was that he was diligent about informing beforehand how he needed to proceed. The office staff was a pleasure to deal with.

Do NOT use Rustys window cleaning! The worst experience I have ever had with any service provider. They use a hose instead of the traditional window squeegee approach leaving lots of water stains on and off the windows. They ripped a screen and did not tell me. I asked them to return and fix the majority of windows that looked worse than before they cleaned them and to fix the torn screen. They then failed to show up twice when scheduled, and the third time (an hour late), they made even more of a mess, not only of the windows but of my balcony and side of the house. I so regret hiring them. I paid $900 for negative value.
