+ -1 moreDarryl Grimaldi has been wonderful! He works in appointments to meet your contract requirements and is always on time and very professional. He explains his findings to you as he performs the inspection so that you don't get the report and have no clue what he is talking about. He is very open to questions about the findings and will give you his advice on how they can be fixed. He is very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I have had multiple home inspections completed by Darryl Grimaldi of Professional Home Inspections. He finds things others miss. I highly recommend him! You get a full report with digital pictures within 24 hours of your inspection.
